I put a order in for a double bed including mattress, headboard and wheels/casters.and by 17.30 -18.00 the bed was delivered the same day. Spent an hour setting up (im 66 )and looks and feels comfortable..

Excellent communication and prompt delivery

Never delivered the bed i paid for, took my money and never delivered. Don’t answer phone or emails, just lost £200, complete SCAM, Do not go near this company, utter Scammers

Absolutely terrible customer service and an extremely frustrating experience with Tender Bed Furniture.

They delivered the wrong bed, and we have now been chasing them for more than a month to collect it and issue our refund. Despite numerous calls and attempts to resolve the matter, we are still waiting.

Please be aware before purchasing from this company. In our experience, they may deliver the furniture very quickly, but the real problems start afterwards — particularly when it comes to assembly, dealing with problems, returns and refunds.

When everything goes smoothly, you may not see an issue. But if something is wrong with your order or you need to return an item, that is when you really find out what their customer service is like. Our experience has been absolutely awful.

We should not have to spend more than a month chasing a company to collect an item they delivered incorrectly and return our money. There has been no urgency, extremely poor communication and no proper ownership of their mistake.

I genuinely regret purchasing from them and, based on our experience, I would strongly advise customers to think very carefully before ordering. A quick delivery means very little if the company does not properly support you when something goes wrong.

Great to deal with from start to finish, wonderful bunk beds. Great communications, delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

Web site clear and easy to use nice choice of products we were looking for single no fuss bed with mattress with quick delivery as my brother is having a foot operation and needs to sleep downstairs so didn’t want to spend a fortune. The choice was outstanding and couldn’t believe the options available at affordable price, ordered it on Tuesday 22/09 and was delivered Wednesday 23/09

I order a double bed with mattresses which i paid extra for 2 draws but there's none and Caster none so it you pass on too tender sleep i would refund oh can't check as it 9pm at night dark out here put garage as a birthday present it been pick today had phone saying about thank you

I ordered a king size bed and I paid extra for mattress upgrade and chrome feet, the bed was delivered with a king size base and a double mattress which was of the cheaper quality and no chrome feet, when I contacted them they were very unhelpfull and then totally stopped responding to my calls. Ultimately I told them that I would contact my credit card company to claim back refund. They did eventually deliver a replacement but it was delivered at 01.15 am and they knocked down my exterior security light . I won't be using this company again , absolute nightmare !!!!

The expierience was seemless from start to finish, ive always been a reluctant buyer of goods on line as i like to feel and see a product but i felt confident with this company. The prices are very good and so is the product( divan bed and mattress)
