Well built freezer. The brand has links with hisense a leading other appliance builder. Easy to use quick to set up. Quiet operation. Comes with 2 yr warranty. You will not be disappointed.

New freezer - UPDATE

Appliance World Online had what I wanted, delivered within 48 hrs and it arrived on time. The Teknik freezer seems to be working well, so far. Only one complaint. The clear plastic on the front of the drawers is very thin and one cracked during installation! Still trying to contact supplier to see if they can replace foc.
TEKNIX HAS NOW SENT REPLACEMENT DRAWER. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH THEM & APPLIANCE WORLD. NEW RATING 5 STAR ++

Excellent service from ordering to…

Excellent service from ordering to delivery which was very prompt and I was able to track tyhe delivery very easily. The freezer I ordered was in good condition and packaged well.

So far, so good.…

My contact with Teknix to date is quite restricted as purchase and delivery were conducted via the retailer. However my conversation with Arvin at Tecnix this morning to register my freezers for the two year warranty was both efficient and pleasant. Fingers crossed that should I need to contact them again it will be as efficient.

The 2 years is standard so don’t worry, the date of purchase on your receipt is all you will ever need in case of an issue with your Teknix product.
