Excellent telephone manner when registering appliance

The young lady I spoke to was really pleasant and helpful 16.12.

The 3 men successfully negotiated a difficult side passage for new freezer and old one for return. Leader of the 3 was friendly, the other 2 not so. At first they would not take the packaging away; I had paid £10 for this. They did take the largest packaging on persuasion, hence the 4- rather than 5-star rating.

Registration went very smoothly, Lester was very quick and efficient.

Ordering via web site easy, competitive price, quick confirmation of order and content of order. Actual delivery by driver and assistant very good, helpful and friendly. Communication for delivery was poor. Order placed 24th November delivered December 6 when order stated delivery 1-3 days. Delivery between 7.00am and 8.0pm is ridiculous and made even more so when delivery is not made. Needs improving to improve communication with clients.

Product [freezer] seems fine. However when I tried to register with my model no LBF085H there was no such model number only LBF058H. When I contacted the company the operator was very surly, talking over me all the time and not listening as I explained the difference. When he finally manually changed the number on his system [and my warranty], he was then unable to send an email to confirm. Very disappointing customer service

Lovely fridge, great space inside nice and cold , very quiet .matches my cupboards perfectly even the nice solid handle . Very pleased with the quality and build

Excellent company to deal with. I ordered at 11.26am on a Friday and actually received delivery at 5am on the Saturday -the deliver to Scotland on Saturdays. Superb communications as well, I was informed every step of the way, fortunately the delivery driver did contact us about 10 minutes before he arrived giving us time to get dressed! The driver and other person got the freezer unpacked and delivered into our garage, took photographs to show all was well with it, removed our old freezer, all done promptly with no mucking about. Driver very pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation buying from this firm again.

Very happy with the teknix freezer. Easy access to trays, silent running and frost free.

Was advised to get a Bosch washing machine but upon speaking to a discount domestics, they recommended the teknix washing machine product.

Teknix branded unit but had Made in China on the box. Quiet, compact and for a smart frost(which I hope will make defrosting easy) a fair price. Delivery was spot on, almost to the minute ! The cost of removal,ok but decided not to opt for installation cost, so had to remove and dispose of packaging myself. Bought for elderly relative.

We chose this fridge as it had all the features we wanted at a good price. The ordering was easy and the installers were on time and did well with a bit of a tricky installation. They took the packaging and old fridge away. The fridge has been in for two months now and we are pleased with it every day.

420 delivered within the time stated, positioned in place well but I had to screw the handle and lock in place. and dispose of the cardboard and poly packing

Can you advise where I can get hold of extra baskets?

Whilst the product we bought appears fine, registering the guarantee was a very bad experience. After being cut off I eventually spoke to someone and the procedure was extremely amateurish. Could hardly hear the person with others speaking in the background and then they try to upsell insurance. Was advised the guarantee certificate would be sent by email which they have failed to do. Would not be confident that the guarantee would be honoured should we require it.

Early days as it's just been installed but seems ok and quiet.
However, the capacity of this 50/50 is smaller than the 50/50 it replaced.
Also, if you want to put 4 pint milk bottle and 2 litre coke bottles in the door you have to remove the middle door shelf otherwise they won't fit.
