Delivered quickly after being ordered online. Great customer service.

I love Cookology and have ordered from them many times. The shopping experience is always easy and smooth, and I really like their products.

However, the delivery service they use is very poor. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Even if there was a small mistake in the address, the postcode was correct, and the driver didn’t check the recipient’s name before leaving the parcel.

Because of this, I had to arrange to collect the parcel myself. Luckily, the person who received it was kind enough to contact me and keep it safe for a few days. Otherwise, it could have been left outside and lost.

I also had to find someone with a car to go and pick it up, as Cookology couldn’t arrange a collection immediately.

This was very inconvenient and doesn’t reflect the quality of your products. I would strongly recommend improving the delivery service.

I’ve been using a Cookology dishwasher under normal household conditions.

After some time, the coating on the upper rack deteriorated and the metal underneath became exposed, leading to rust forming on a part that directly holds dishes.

I contacted customer support and shared photos showing both the issue and how the rack is used (mainly for small, lightweight items such as Turkish coffee cups). The response I received was that this is considered “wear and tear,” and I was offered a replacement rack for £59.99 (standard price £79.99).

I’m trying to understand whether this is something others have experienced as well.
Has anyone else seen similar rusting on their dishwasher racks under normal use?
Would you consider this typical wear and tear?

I would be interested to hear other users’ experiences.

Good service modern looking hob

Bought 2 cookers wanted to send one back that I didn’t want but had to pay £135 to send it back the cooker only cost £169 so stuck with a cooker

Slight hiccup with the item being picked wrong, but was quickly rectified. Cooker hood was easy to fit and works as described.

Excellent delivery, great dishwasher. Fitted into 600mm cabinet.

Effortless purchase and very good quality dishwasher. Most of my kitchen appliances are Cookology from the days of when they were unbranded. Highly recommend.

Kept up to date about delivery, arrived very well packaged and intact. Delighted so far with cooler, time will tell how good it really is.

Cheapest price online for this drinks chiller. Very quick delivery. The fridge itself is ok with a large capacity and fits well under kitchen counter without sticking out. You will struggle to cover the front base with a plinth cover. No significant noticeable noise contrary to some reviews although it is installed in a large kitchen. The light is located at the top middle of the fridge at front just behind the door and is switched so you can leave it on to display the contents or switch it off eg during the day. However due to the bulkiness of the light casing and switch you can’t have cans in the centre of the top shelf section on either side of the midline.
The shelves are made up of loops of wires which makes it difficult to balance cans on them - they often fall over.
There is a definite gradient of temperature in the different shelves - the bottom is chilled quite cool but as you move up towards the top the cans are warmer.
Finally the door opens being hinged on the right side looking from the front. You can reverse the hanging of the door to hinge on the left side but this is done by rotating the door 180 degrees - the Cookology logo is thus turned upside down which may irk some people!

I ordered a oven and hob. When checking out I was told payment had failed so went through the payment process again only to find out the original payment had actually gone through. I informed Cookology of this and they cancelled one order but told me I still may receive it. DPD deliverred my order but the oven was physically damaged. The DPD driver did not want to take it back as he'd marked it as delivered. He did eventually take it back and within a wek I was refunded for both orders but what a fiasco. I still require a oven and hob set but will try my luck elsewhere.

Very quick delivery

First time I have ordered anything from Cookology and cannot praise them enough from order to delivery was kept informed from both the courier and cookology well done will definitely use again.

Product arrived as notified -alas rattling sound when extractor switched on. Customer services answered phone and requested video which they agreed faulty so dispatched a new product for next day delivery
All things considered a very good response and pleased with extractor
