Purchased a build under oven just over two years ago
Want new glass inner door for it
Discount domestics in wrexham were i purchased it just directing you to website which when asked I was told it was based in chester
Turns out to be the head office of Discount domestics when I rang them being directing to website again
Website say there is nothing listed for this part yet the oven still being sold instore
Checked Teknix Company no.05582050 on Gov.uk it says dormant in filing history
Discount domestics hiding behind website god help you if you want something under warrantee even though it has a two year warrantee it's not worth the paper it is written
Beware of the make in anything they manufacture

Only rang to validate the 2 year warranty, but the lady was very helpful and friendly.

Registering a Teknix appliance online is a joke, impossible !! You can't get past Data Protection whatever method of communication you choose ( or don't ) I can only assume that they want you to do it by phone so that they can try to sell you an exteded warranty at a price .... Is buying the product not enough for them ?? !!

I would have liked the warranty to have come via paperwork through the post not via email

The freezer was exactly what I wanted. The freezer matched the description exactly. Very well packaged. So easy to set up. Delivery was on time.

Not sure if I’m reviewing the company or the product here so I’ll go for the product . I have to say I’m still on the fence about . Style of tumble dryer is excellent , ease of use is excellent . I’m just not sure it’s up to the job of the drying of loads of washing in winter . Even now it behaves like a reversair dryer inasmuch as it stops and starts . I believe it’s overheating . It isn’t reversair so if you try to dry a duvet cover it ends up in a tight ball . If you’re in a flat or a caravan go for it but if you have the room for a bigger dryer then don’t buy this . Looks good but not sure it’s up to the job .

I purchased a Teknik cooker that had a back burner that wasn't working. I have had a lot of problems with this cooker and 4 months later this issue still hasnt been resolved. I keep getting put between the store I purchased it from and Teknix. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing a Teknix product

Bought a Teknix washing machine & it's a great purchase, easy to in-stall & work, does the job great, nice & quiet compared to my other one!...

Contacted the shop in the morning and delivered in the afternoon great service, setting up the warranty was quite easy but some boxes were unable to enter in and in the end I think I registered twice
