Appalling service
Appalling service. Ordered a part in December and as of 1st March still didn’t receive it. Never once provided any kind of update; I had to do all of the chasing and they came up with every excuse you can imagine. Wouldn’t deal with them again.

Truly sorry you've had this experience with us Darrell, last thing we want at all - especially with the excuses you've had from us. I'll be looking into that specifically myself as that simply isn't on.
On the off chance you do have something off us again, please get in touch first as I will check ETA's myself prior and look after you with pricing.
We largely relay on data we're given from suppliers and manufacturers, if an answer isn't given immediately the right way is to try our best to get info from them. Sorry this wasn't the case this time.
