So far the best for me!!!!
Been using a rechargeable card for a while now and it's been easy to top up and also get enough minutes for the country I call compared to many other cards I used before. The advantage of rechargeable cards is that I get to use the same pin which I now know by heart I can access and call wherever I am. Great stuff!

Excellent with friendly staff
Was easy to set up and offering free calls to the destination I got the card for in the first place. Initially, was getting to state my pin for the card before calling my number but the friendly staff sorted that out. Now I just call Talk home number which I have saved to my phone and then call overseas. Thank you.

TalkHome, the best uk calling card
Always used talkHome calling card and never been disappointed. So easy to use if you follow all the instructions. Been also rewarded many times with free time with the rechargeable card.

Great Stuff using Talkhome

Easy peasy
Yes, I have been using rechargeable card over couple of months and it’s so easy and peasy, I wish I would have come across TalkHome much earlier. Once we create a rechargeable card account we would be given a unique one-time pin number and from there on every time we run out of credit we can just go online and top up in just less than a minute. We can either pay by PayPal account or we can setup auto top up too. The most interesting bit is we get 0.25p worth of points for every £5 we spend.

I have been using Talkhome for years
I have been using Talkhome for years, their service is excellent and easy to use. I have used both calling cards Talkhome mobile in the past along with rechargeable, but now I stayed with rechargeable. There was a time that the points were not added I called the customer service and all was resolved. Keep it up!

Total rip-off & scammers
A rip-off. Don’t use them. Never buy from them online as your card details will be passed on to scammers. They succeeded in taken money from my bank account. Don’t be a victim too.

Very easy to use once you create account. I’ve been using it for last few years and didn’t have any problems yet. Enough minutes provided with top ups & the points given on each top up to use them as credit is a bonus!

Great until you have a problem
I have used talk home rechargeable calling card for years. They used to give an extra 50p and the points. I noticed they stopped giving the extra 50p however I would still get the points and sometime last year they changed they systems and I started to notice my points for recharging were not being added when I top up . I emailed , I called , I even went on facebook. Being promised it will be added as they just changed over systems and they aware some points are not being added on and then I noticed they removed my previous points of 425 and then just added the current ones that I had been asking about 150 ( I purchased 6 cards) . I emailed them to say why did they remove my points it’s been months , at first they said your lints are on and I said No I have checked my account and my previous points are not there and I have not redeemed my points , now I am still waiting for an answer. It’s really sad as prior to this I never had a problem with them and now I’m thinking of finding another calling card company as I’m tired of constantly chasing up on this issue . I would say they excellent until you have a problem seems the customer service department says one thing and does another .

Do not use TalkHome
Bought a calling card from TalkHome, made a few calls, then saying my card has expired. Cannot make calls anymore. Contacted TalkHome, still the same, no solution. Feel being cheated.

Our Calling Cards PINs expire after 30 days as stated on the back of the cards/online, if your card expired before this timeframe then we can help. If you would prefer a Rechargeable Card you can order one online, they do not expire and you can earn points for each top-up.
