I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your company.

On 1 August 2026, I successfully registered an account and made the first monthly payment of £4.75 for a new SIM card. However, as of today, 12 August 2026, I have still not received the SIM card.

During the registration process, I entered my correct postal code. Your system then offered a list of address options – but the final part of the address (the district/locality) was incorrect. I immediately notified your company of this error and requested a correction. Despite this, I have yet to receive the SIM card, and the address on my account still appears to be wrong.

To make matters worse, my existing SIM card plan with another provider will expire on 14 August 2026. Since your SIM has not arrived, I am now facing a service gap – and I have effectively wasted both time and the £4.75 I have already paid to you.

This level of service is unacceptable. The combination of a flawed address verification system, delayed correction, and failure to dispatch the SIM card in a timely manner suggests serious operational issues.

I kindly request:

1. An urgent update on the status of my SIM card delivery.
2. A refund of my £4.75 payment if the SIM cannot be delivered by 14 August.
3. Confirmation that my personal data and address have been corrected in your system.

I regret to say that based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services to others. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your processes.

Please respond to this complaint within 48 hours.

To call abroad you need to top up your account with additional funds. Every month they zeroing my funds even if I haven't used them and I've got few months to use them. Then auto top takes more money of my account and they refuse to refund it. It happened three months in a row. Every time they saying it won't happen again and it's happening again next month. Spend hours on chat to try to solve it. Absolute joke.

I ordered a TalkHome Mobile SIM card last Saturday and, unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

I’ve had to call customer services twice to chase up my order. On Wednesday, I requested to speak to a manager because I was getting nowhere with the information I was being given. I was assured that my SIM card had been dispatched and that I would receive it today.

When I called again today to find out where my SIM card actually is, I was given conflicting information and what felt like a lot of excuses rather than clear answers. As a new customer who has only just signed up, this is not the impression I expected.

To make matters worse, some of the customer service representatives I spoke to in the offshore contact centres came across as rude and dismissive. One particular interaction was an absolute joke and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

If this is the level of service provided before I’ve even received my SIM card, it doesn’t give me much confidence in TalkHome Mobile going forward. Very poor communication, poor customer service, and a disappointing start to what should have been a straightforward sign-up process.

Bought SIm nline last weel with advertised delivery time of 1-3 days. 7 days later no SIM. Customer Service contacted to say SIM sent today abd will be received next week. No use and requested refund. Very poor delivery service. Not as advertised. Very disappointed and let down.

Excellent network, once the sims arrived for my wife and I and they where activated they worked great. It was very easy to port our number over.

Customer services answers within a couple of mins and are extremely helpful and pleasant.

The app is very easy to use and tracks data usage etc.

The signal is great, because it's EE and the 5G is excellent.

Highly recomend, and cheap as chips.

absolute rubbish network got a samsung s34 ultra and only way to make and receive calls is by using 2g in setting , customer service rubbish aswell
