Poor customer service experience
I called 3 weeks ago about top up payments missing, the agent I spoke to said they’ll look into and get back to me. Up till today I’ve not had any update with what happened to my top up. They can surely see that I’ve been using them for international calls for over 3 years with no incident until now, as a valued customer I would have expected them to look into the issue.

Thieves.. just bought a £5 calling card and when I try to make a call, it tells me pin number doesn't work.. How??? Do not waste your money... funny thing is many years back this used to be a legit company, I used them plenty of times without issues.. but now it seems they've become a SCAM!!!!! SO SAD..

Great experience of using talk home telephone cards.
I used talk home telephone cards bought online at start of Pandemic. I moved to using the rechargable card. I just log into the link that i was provided with. It is easy to use and quite straight forward. In about 2 minutes my telephone credit is added to my account.
It is easy, fast reliable and safe as i do not have to go out to local shops for telephone credit.
I have recommended to family and friends.

Phone card works well and line is clear…
Phone card works well and line is clear too. Only negative is each time I top up my recharge card, I get a message to say payment not gone through with your bank, when in actual fact it would have gone through. At first I would repeat the purchase only to realise later I had bought 2 or three £10 top ups. System needs to be sorted to give correct infor otherwise one might think its a way of getting more top ups bought. Everything else is fine, thank you TalkHome.

Ability to buy online is fantastic.
I have bought talk home cards for years and during the lockdown I was able to buy them online. I have purchased the rechargeable one and haven’t had any issues with it.

Reduced value for money due to Restricted calling cards,
Restricted calling cards, not a conservative choice. There calling card have a short expiration period. I hope to see them allow people to freely use the cards they have paid for whenever they like. Its wasteful to pay for something that prevents you from enjoying the value of the money paid.

I have not had a positive experience…
I have not had a positive experience trying to set this up after purchasing the call card. I have yet to use my call card as havent been able to log in! Even after numerous calls and new pins this continues to fail. I had been told that someone from customer services (IT support) would call...still waiting.....I actually got fed up trying to get this resolved and for someone to call me so have given up. Definaately not been happy with service
