Scope for improvement?
Initial problems with making the service booking, unable to book via the app or through the garage’s website. Made the booking through bmw nationwide (?) service centre. Agreed date, time (11:00), and price. Two days before the service received a text asking me to confirm booking/check in at 8:15. Queried this with the garage, but no adequate response. Emailed the garage about the absence of any meaningful response - no reply as yet. Dropped car off at 11:00. Received a link from the garage which monitored the progress of the service. This informed me that the car would be ready at 12:30. In reality the car was ready to be returned at 13:30. When you are waiting in the vicinity for the work to be completed these projected timings are quite important; and, therefore, the extra hour wait was not particularly welcome.

Over processed/ customer not put first
The process for an mot and service is not customer focussed. It involves too much waiting time and excessive processing by phone, online, at reception and then with someone else. The process at Rybrook was more efficient and personal. One person (who took over at the last stage as the person I was booked with to book in my car was not available) was friendly and quick.

Excellent Customer Service.
I'm always made to feel welcome and my custom highly valued. My car was serviced within the estimated time and returned to me in pristine condition. The only small problem was that I had booked the service by phone and was given a 9:00am booking on a Saturday morning. The previous day I received a text message telling me to be there at 8:00pm. No problem, except that the dealership doesn't open until 8:30am on a Saturday. It being a frosty morning I had a cold wait until the doors finally opened. Your staff kindly agreed to reduce my invoice for the inconvenience so I am still going to give 5 stars in my review.

Staff brilliant, Sytner phone system appalling
Staff at the dealership are brilliant, helpful and will do all they can to resolve issues
Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the phone system. It is impossible to get through the AI to a human and even when you do leave a message it doesn’t get to the right person.
This has been ongoing since they took over years ago with no improvement. Sytner you should be ashamed of yourselves and need to get this sorted

First and last time at Warwick BMW
First time buying from BMW, car fantastic but from a sales perspective an absolute shambles. Had Stuart Hodson as our salesman. Was all quick in replying to emails before the sale but after that communication was shocking. Had my personal car bought from BMW and had to wait over 3 weeks with persistence to get my money for my car. Also promised that new registration plates would be made, never happened. Very off putting experiences like this when buying cars, salesman all for it before the sale after the sales gone through lack of contact and having to send chaser to emails to get money for my old car they held for over 3 weeks without paying me. It’ll be the last time I come to BMW in Warwickshire that’s for sure, only positive was the manager who ended up sorting the money being sent to my account.

A pleasant experience from start to finish
I was very well treated right from the off. The sales exec, Ben Wakeling was very personable as showed good attention to detail. The whole process was smooth and easy to follow. The final presentation of my car on collection was exceptional and most enjoyable. My thanks go to Ben for his help with setting up some basic driving parameters to make my initial driving experience less of a leap into the dark. Much appreciated.
