Saw the receptionist on arrival,gave her my reg no,she told me to sit in showroom,15 mins later a guy came and said no record of my car,she had got the wrong reg number,then he told me my service plan had finished,and had no extended warranty,he went away for 5mins,they had found the service plan,but definitely no warranty,I insisted there was,he left me again sat in the middle of the showroom,when he came back asked me to come to the service desk,she said I had no warranty,told me to go home and check,at no time was I offered a drink,I came home very upset,rang BMW warranty,told them I paid in March on my bank statement,they said you do have warranty,they rang the dealership,all this has put me off ever going there again.

Update:
Following my review, Jody Boyle, Aftersales Manager, contacted me directly to discuss my concerns. He acknowledged the communication failings, apologised for the experience and took steps to put things right.
Whilst my original comments accurately reflected my experience at the time, I do appreciate the way the matter was subsequently handled and the effort made to restore my confidence.
Extremely poor communication and complaint handling from Sytner BMW Warwick.
I raised a formal concern regarding a repair dispute and, despite repeated emails and requests for updates, the Centre failed to respond directly for an extended period. Communication only progressed after repeated intervention from BMW UK Customer Relations.
Throughout the process I was repeatedly left chasing responses, with promised contact timelines missed and little to no proactive communication from the Centre itself.
The matter was ultimately resolved by BMW UK, but the level of customer service and responsiveness from Sytner BMW Warwick fell well below what I would expect from a premium retailer network.

AI telephone system, difficulty getting anyone to answer the telephone, even reception. Not sure if messages left are passed on to the right person.
Spent an inordinate amount of time waiting in reception area and then promised phone calls returned days late with lame excuses.
The culture/service seems prententious and disingenuous.

Too long for a waiting appointment.
Booked a waiting appointment for a simple brake fluid service, thinking that it wouldn't take too long. But for nearly 3 hours, that's too long! The garage should not cram too many cars in at the same time.
Other than that, it's ok.

Expensive but thorough
I didn't really like the booking system with WhatsApp, prefer talking to a person,i think the initial £150 just to investigate the problem is very expensive,the technician drove my car next to me and seemed to know the problem immediately, after a few hours I had a vehicle health check video sent to me and the problem highlighted,and new tyres required, after a call about the tyres I did get a discount on the tyres and £40 off the initial investigation price which I appreciated. I appreciate when you purchase a premium car you pay premium prices,but sytners to try and push to pay their prices.

Very good service from reception, service adviser and workshop
Sytner seem to have cut back on labour recently; they always used to call to confirm the day before, and there was someone outside to meet on arrival. However, none of these things affect the basic service with service advisers and reception, both of which remain good. Also the service was carried out very efficiently, with all questions answered and the car available and clean well before promised time.
