Unnecessary time wasted
Asked to drop the car off between 8-9am to find work on the car was not started until 2:30pm. Even hospitals have a morning and afternoon list for planned operations. A Morning without a car that could have been avoided. When the car was eventually handed back at 5pm it had not been washed as promised.
A £50 reduction in the invoice was given so credit to Sytner for acknowledging customers time is important. Regarding the car wash, don’t offer something that will not be given.

Nottingham...Great welcoming reception ....HOWEVER…
Great welcoming reception & customer liaison initially. Worked from Garage during service & was made welcome with good facilities. However once works where complete I was simply told the car was ready, no report, paperwork or update, don't really know what works was undertaken .The pre-work inspection video spoke about wipers requiring changing but don't know if they have been? Collected the car & oil light immediately came on stating oil overfilled...what possible check did the technician do when he took it for test drive? Returned to garage, 1.5 hours later car was ready, what took 1.5 hours to syphon some oil out? Following the service the car failed to charge overnight, reported this & still waiting to hear back on what Sytner changed on the settings...... You need to do better Sytner,we are paying for a premium brand & premium service !..... you need to inform your customers what you have done during the service & how can you send a car out overfilled with oil? Why have you not responded regarding the failed car charge? Also having just checked the app the tyre service schedule has not been reset, despite being assured it would reset within 24 hours...its now 48 hours & still showing Tyre service overdue.

Great Sales experience, room for improvement with general Customer Service
My wife and I visited for a routine service and also struck a deal on a used car. The greeting was pleasant, the customer service was friendly, and the vehicle service was handled efficiently.
A highlight of our day was working with Sales Executive, Malek. He spent most of the day with us, taking us through two different cars. As fellow BMW enthusiasts, we shared many great stories, and he was incredibly attentive throughout. Malek was welcoming, offered great advice and listened carefully to all of our requests and never pressured us into anything—he is a credit to Sytner.
However, a few general customer service oversights kept this from being a 5-star experience.
Unlike previous visits, we were not offered a beverage upon arrival and waited nearly an hour before anyone noticed.
Additionally, I requested an interior-only clean (as the exterior was recently detailed), but this was completely missed. Despite spending 7 hours on site and prompting the team about the clean early in the afternoon, it was still returned uncleaned.
The dealership was very quiet, so the lack of attentiveness from the service side and excessive waiting around was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it was still a positive day, but the final execution fell slightly short.
