Highly professional and efficient dealership
Appt easy to book direct with BMW Sytner, easier than the official BMW app which is somewhat clunky.
Sytner staff are always polite, professional, well dressed and helpful. The showroom is clean and modern with drinks and snacks always available. The workshop is clean and efficiently run. The health check videos are comprehensive, any faults are graded with quotes provided when work is considered a priority to action. Sytner will call customers who are on their loyalty program offering valuations or discounts on parts. Overall an excellent dealership.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication, very polite staff, I stayed and waited while my vehicle was serviced, nothing was too much trouble from somewhere for me to work on my laptop to a plentiful supply of coffee. I was kept up-to date with any work required on the car. A great experience all round.

Carry out to better standards
Customer service was good from receptionist to service adviser who was very good, Olivia.
However from having to check in on line prior to my arrival and fill out options that were to be done to the vehicle was the service and complimentary wash and valet.
On collection of the vehicle I was greatly disappointed with the standard of the so called wash and valet. This was pointed out to Olivia who was very apologetic and offered to have the car re-washed. I'm afraid I declined, if an establishment like Sytner's can't get a car washed the first time I'm sorry but your not having another go at it. Future work carried out by BMW will be at another dealership.

Overall experience excellent
Booking was quite complicated as it is managed by a chatbot and I prefer to actually speak to a real person, that personalisation would set the company above others. When I needed to change my appointment it took a series of messages to do it.
Once booked the experience was superb, greeted on arrival, personal service from Olivia who explained everything and confirmed the details I had requested.
The work was fully completed and the complimentary valet was much appreciated. Thanks to all the team

It's the little things that matter...
My 5 Series had a recall for a replacement starter motor which was deemed to be a fire risk so i wanted it done asap. It took a couple of months between BMW telling me it needed the recall and Sytners sending me a letter asking me to contact them...
The first issue I had was that if I wanted to wait whilst the work was done, the first appointment was in a month. If I left the car with them for the day (inconvenient) the first appointment was in 2 weeks...
As far as I can tell, the starter motor was replaced and the free health check video and free wash and vacuum that were offered were nice touches especially as I wasn't paying!
But if I had been paying Sytners premium prices I would have been pretty angry when I picked my car up...
1. Drivers seat nowhere near the position I have it in - not difficult to do when it has it has memory positions - just press 1 when you get out!
2. Radio tuned to a station I'd never heard of.
3. Clock stuck at 12:00.
4. Despite being washed & vacced, Dead flies still stuck to the windscreen and alloys dirty.
That ain't customer service...it's customer abuse!

Travelled over 100 miles and will do it again
I have purchased a bmw from here before and that's what made me come back even though I live over 100 miles away.
This time Evie the sales advisor was amazing. She secured me a very good deal on a new car and made the handover process so easy. She was so accommodating as well as the rest of the team.
You are made to feel very welcome when you first enter and you are made to feel like royalty when you pick your new car up. Even the dealership Management personally spoke to me to thank me for my purchase which was a lovely touch.
Will be back in a few years when it's time to upgrade!

This was the best experience we had ever had with regards to buying a car - and we have bought quite a few! Daniel had excellent product knowledge and took time to explain everything in great detail including videoing the handover which has proved very useful. Also contact with him since we bought the vehicle has also been excellent. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.

I had to wait for nearly 7 hours for a routine service and MOT. It was obvious that I do not live in Nottingham. Previously when I dealt with MINI Nottingham my service and MOT were completed for me in the morning. I have a medical condition as a result of Stage 4 cancer and had not expected to have to wait all day so had not taken food with me. Consequently I was quite ill by the time I got home that evening. No one had told me I could be there all day for something so routine. I was very disappointed and will probably go elsewhere in future.

Great service as usual
After arriving at the Dealership to drop off our BMW i4 M50 We were greeted at the door and immediately invited to sit at a table where our service adviser Mckai went through the planned schedule for our car and then guided us to our courtesy car for the day,
unfortunately our car needed some extra work that hadn't been planned for, but Mckai kept us very well informed at all times, and made a great effort to get our car ready for us and also to get the best possible price for the work being carried out.
We were very happy with the work carried out and felt reassured that the car was in very good hands while being worked on.
I have used Sytner BMW Nottingham a number of times previously to have work carried out and will be happy to do so again in the future.
