It was very difficult to get Swiftcover contact number. I was transferred to Ireland, to claims and to different numbers. But eventually, when I obtained the right number, I spoke to Craig, who was very helpful, patient and very pleasant, and he dealt with every need for my Home Insurance.

Very slow and bad client service
Very slow and bad client service, I definitely do not recommend, when my insurance will end I will definitely choose other insurer. Plus there are 2 insurers in one,axa plus swiftcover,when i make a claim after fire accident it still take me ages to get money from them.keep away as far as you can!

A company i trust
This is my 3rd year with swiftcover and once again my premium has gone down. Not many companies do that it’s usually the opposite. Also very good telephonists clear instructions you ( don’t have to ask them to keep repeating) also not waiting ages for them to answer.
