Really like the platform
Really like the platform, as a teacher it has allowed me to get more students. The reviewing process takes a long time, and it is necessary to get more views, so i wish it worked a bit better. Other than that I'm quite happy with the service!

the fact that the students fee of 29€ is nowhere stated explicitly caused a lot of confusion in the beginning. From the teachers point of view, I must point out that the website doesn’t tell you when and how much money you’ll receive after you gave a lesson! Do I get it at the end of the month or right after the lesson, or does it simply take a few days? All very unclear, an email with “your money is on the way” or something like that would be helpful.

I am happy to explain our service a little bit better:
To contact a teacher on Superprof it is necessary to subscribe to the Student Pass.
The Student Pass allows you to contact as many teachers in as many subjects as you want for 30 days. Most of the teachers offer their 1st lesson for free, so you are sure to find a suitable teacher. Since our service lies in matching student and teacher, it is necessary to purchase the Student Pass before you can contact teachers. However, the amount of 29€ will be deducted only when a teacher, you have contacted, has accepted your request.
We are trying our best to make sure our users know how the student pass works. Before being able to contact a teacher, the student is asked to agree to the Student Pass, put in a payment method and agree to be charged 29€ if your contacted teacher accepts the lesson request. Our Help Center also gives more detailed information and answers our FAQs (https://www.superprof.at/hilfe/) and there is also an in-detail description in our terms and conditions on our website.
In regard to the payment, you have the option to choose when you want to be paid on your profile. Just go to "Mein Benutzerkonto" > "Meine Zahlungen" > "Überweisungseinstellungen". Here you can choose if you want to receive the money after 24 hours after each lesson or collectively at the end of the month. For more detailed information you can again check out our Help Center (https://www.superprof.at/hilfe/).
