The outings were very good as was the driver. The food was very presentable, but the room was a disappoint meant. There were no drawers, the side ledges on the headboard were to small and there wasnt anywhere to dry the bath towels

How the problem at Cambridge was caused regarding walker problem which caused a problem getting to Weymouth very late as an coach driver think could have been dealt better

As usual the holiday well thought out. I would’ve preferred more time at the Iron Bridge Gorge. There was only just enough time to walk from the coach to the toilets and then take a couple of photos. There was no time to explore or look around. The time at the museum was a bit too long.
My other complaint was the hotel, there was no midweek cleaner visit, so the bins weren’t emptied or the hospitality tray replenished, I had to bring teabags and milk up every day from downstairs.
The coach driver was very good, it was his first time.

A five day break to Eastbourne staying at the New Wilmington Hotel for the first time.
Great location.
Lovely friendly hotel,great staff and brilliant meals.
All excursions that I chose to go on were good.
But,please Sunrise remove the excursion to Royal Tunbridge Wells.
A struggle for people with mobility issues and nothing there of interest in the time we were allocated.
Most of us ended up having a coffee in the supermarket.
Also no help with our suitcases so a lot of people struggled up the stepd and stairs.

First time travelling with Sunrise. Everything was excellent, the pick up and change overs went smoothly. Driver very friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoyed all our visits, we were given sufficient time in each place. The only downside was the food at the hotel, a bit hit and miss. (there was obviously a shortage of staff) also the decor in the hotel was very tired.

Driver was very good. Informative. Helpful everything ran as it should. We had great time.

Interesting trips nice coach driver Bournemouth is a beautiful place good shopping centre plenty places for lunch even though it rained we still enjoyed the holiday.nice hotel comfy bed good food.

Always polite and efficient easy booking never trying to rush you everything explained correctly

Standard of hotels was variable. Paul, our driver, was outstanding.

Brilliant .from purchase to actual holiday.

The holiday at Warners Norton Grange IoW was very good. The coach driver was also excellent and trips out very good.
However, you don't expect to get on board to find your reserved seats aren't on the coach!! This was my experience and whilst I have received an apology from Sunrise, I have not received anything in compensation for this error.

3rd time we have been with sunrise last 2 to warners but carnt fault nothing drivers are fantastic and friendly

After going with Sunrise for 14 years our Aberdeen holiday was a disaster from the filthy mini- bus with about 5or 6 suitcases piled on the passenger seat beside the driver , with no view for him to even see that wing mirror, to the Wigan hotel where the beds were so high I had to climb on the armchair to get in the bed . The hotel at Peterhead was fine but the trips out were dreadful although the prison trip was interesting. The driver hardly spoke , no safety information or times of trips out .Sad to say some people said they wouldn’t go with Sunrise again especially if that was their first time .

I had a wonderful holiday recently
Chris was our driver The weather was very hot, averaging 30 c in the day time. The coach was comfortable and air conditioned Chris had bottles of ice cold water for sale, which were gratefully received. I enjoyed all the trips
We were very fortunate as we had two extra. We went to Warwick for a few hours before checking into the hotel. On the way back we visited Stratford upon Avon before arriving back at Cambridge Services.
I enjoyed the other planned trips. The Cotswolds is a beautiful area of England. There are a lot of honey coloured old buildings and the place is steeped in history and places associated with famous people. Here I am thinking of Tolkien's door at Stowe on the Wold church.
I found the hotel clean , comfortable and welcoming. My room was spacious and had everything I needed in it. It was on the ground floor and overlooked a courtyard. It was quiet at night time, apart from one night when there was a loud thunder storm
It was good to have the flexibility of buffet breakfast and dinner
Food was adequate and nicely presented
There was a choice. I ate fish each evening and each type was delicious.
Finally I paid a flat rate of £10 to use the pool and spa during my stay so I could go there as often as I wished.. Most days I went there morning and evening.
I would highly recommend this holiday and would like to thank everyone at Sunrise Direct, Chris the driver and everyone at the Britannia Bromsgrove for making it a very enjoyable experience. Joan Feijoo Gray.

There could have been more information about the places visited and would have liked to spend more time at daily destinations.

The coach was great. Very comfortable and driver was good.
The hotel it self was excellent, room was very clean and bathroom excellent.
The hotel lounge and surroubding areas was excellent too.
The big disappointment, was the food
which was served up.
Having been a chef for 36 years , it was food you would give children, not adults . Was not happy.

Trip good, would have been better to see more landmarks places instead of shopping centres though, also no help with suitcases into hotels, considering most of the people on these trips are pensioners and put on higher floors with no lifts.

The trip was well organised and good fun. The driver was helpful and friendly.
