Mtee was so helpful on making my payment balance ....it didn't go through 3 times but he took the time to help me resolve this....Great Customer service

When I realised I had mistyped the name of someone on my booking I rang Newmarket. The phone was answered immediately by Jerry who dealt with my concern with understanding and reassurance. Within hours the problem was resolved.

Saw so much in the 8 days we were here.
From stepping off plane we were taken care of. The first stop was Birmingham for the night. My only comment on this would be might have been better to head more towards New Orleans.
All the hotels were superb but the New Orleans hotel was a perfect location.
Our driver Mike and tour guide Julie were superb. Julie is very knowledgeable of all areas with great tips to help us.
Overall a superb holiday and looking forward to our next one next year.

The Tour Manager Duncan ensured the trip was well coordinated and kept to time from the time we were picked up from the airport through to departure. Duncan sent us a text with contact number prior to departure which meant we could easily contact him if required. Nothing was too much trouble and we would also like to personally thank him for arranging airport assistant at short notice on departure.
The Hotel was a good location, good standard and staff were very welcoming and approachable (INX Design Hotel)

Spoke with Micheal today and he answered my questions about forthcoming trip OK on the whole. Perhaps because I am a little hard of hearing but talking with him I did have to say 'Pardon' a lot of times to make sure I had really understood his diction.

We have been invited to review the booking we made over the phone for the IOM Historic Steam Railway holiday. Lorraine Reeves spoke clearly and repeated things for us when needed (bad line and we are old). Lorraine was very patient, polite and pleasant throughout. We hope this holiday in September is as good as the service Lorraine gave to us.

From start to finish the tour was professionally put together. Both Julie & Mike were very experienced in handling a group tour.
The accommodation provided was of a high standard in good locations. When food wasn’t included we went out and found plenty of options to choose from.
We went on several tours and the scheduling was very smooth the quality of the tours were excellent. From Atlanta to Chattanooga made the trip a holiday of a life time. Finally the other coach passengers made it fun to be with.

We did the New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville tour with the wonderful Mike and Julie. This was a once in a lifetime bucket list holiday for us and it couldn’t have been any better. I don’t know what we expected but we got to do so much in a short space of time. Mike and Julie made this trip. They were so helpful always available and nothing but welcoming. Fantastic route that we followed getting to see so much and create the best memories. Thank you so much

Everything went without a hitch from start to finish, our guide Julie could not have been more helpful and her knowledge was incredible which enhanced our experience, our driver Mike was also really good and was very welcoming every day and made us laugh, would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent and a well organised experience , especially with Julie . Her knowledge of each area was unbelievable . She also explained everything so clearly . Mike the driver was also exceptional, always felt safe . He was so comical and made our experience even more magical .

It is so organised, all hotels lovely and in great locations.
Tour guide gave us all relative information so stress free holiday.

Had the best trip to Graceland/ New Orleans and Nashville ever. Our guide Julie was amazing and so informative. Bus driver Mike was great. Thank you both so much 🇺🇲👍
