Still waiting for refund
Didn't rate the sunglasses. They seemed to have a weird blue tint inside that gave light flashes when moving so maybe me feel a bit nauseous. Returned them. But it's been 3 weeks and still no refund...

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses over a week ago and yet to arrive. I have tried contacting customer services! Be it it’s quite the opposite to any type of service as it’s an AI Bot, who sends a standard someone will contact you reply!

Ordered a product, got stopped by customs because SunGod never completed the proper paperwork. Never responded to my repeated requests for help. Now putting a stop order to get my money back. Don't expect to hear from a single human being, only an AI slop bot that never responds to you.

Frames broke in half - received free replacement
Frames broke in half. After contacting customer support due to the order number on my invoice not matching the SunGod standard order number format (not sure why), they promptly provided me with my SunGod order number and I could follow the replacement workflow on their website easily. I received my replacement frames within a few days - free of charge. Transferred my lenses to the new frame and good to go. Great customer experience overall.

Livraison rapide, design ok et qualité médiocre
Livraison rapide, et design des lunettes sympa. J'ai commandé une paire de Lando LN1 2026 Neon Zephyrs le 8 mai, reçues le 11 mai. Par contre les lunettes sont censés avoir des plaques vert fluo sur les branches (visible sur le modèle du site), le même que pour les verres, en réalité ils sont jaune pisse... La qualité des verres est d'ailleurs très médiocre. Ces verres "8KO" sont une catastrophe... Trop sombres, rendent flou les textes, filtre avec un rendu bleu et se micro rayent en un rien de temps. J'avais toujours eu des Oakley (Prizm) jusqu'à maintenant, je comprend pourquoi. Pour moi ces lunettes valent la moitié du prix affiché... Et encore. Pas sûr qu'elles tiennent une année. J'ai contacté le sav qui m'a juste dit que la couleur des plaques sur les branches étaient normale et qu'ils n'en avaient pas d'autres. Pour les verres le rendu bleu est normal aussi. Bref, marque à oublier côté qualité et sav. Je retournerais chez Oakley.

Nous mettons énormément de travail dans le design, la qualité et les performances optiques de nos produits, y compris nos verres 8KO, et ils sont utilisés chaque jour par certains des meilleurs athlètes au monde dans des environnements où la performance compte vraiment.
Je comprends aussi votre remarque sur l’écart entre la couleur présentée en ligne et celle reçue. L’équipe avait déjà remonté ce point afin d’améliorer la présentation du produit.
Je vous ai également contacté directement, car j’aimerais mieux comprendre votre ressenti sur les verres et voir ce que nous pouvons faire pour vous laisser une bien meilleure expérience de SunGod.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered a Vulcans conversion kit. The nose piece that was sent would not fit my Vulcans glasses. I decided to return it. There is only a crude AI bot for contact and help, despite it saying it would refer the problem to an agent it took several days before after several more messages I got a return label. I posted it back on the 31st July and a week later have heard nothing, no refund and no response despite messages for an update - really poor customer service and product

Great products, terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of SunGod sunglasses on 1st August after being told delivery would be within 48 hours. Several days later I still had no dispatch, no tracking information and, more importantly, no clear answer as to where my £100 order was.
I emailed asking a simple question: “Where is my order?” Instead of getting a proper response, I was met with AI-generated replies that simply repeated generic information and even asked me to confirm details I had already provided. One reply admitted that the AI couldn’t even access the tracking information and said someone from the team would get back to me. They never did.
I then had to send multiple follow-up emails saying that unless I received a delivery date that day, I would cancel my order. Again, no meaningful response.
The most frustrating part is that when you look through SunGod’s negative Trustpilot reviews, they repeatedly tell customers to email Sungod via there email Please don’t reply to my review telling me to contact Sungod That is exactly the point I’m making—I already have, multiple times. I’ve sent repeated emails, I’ve provided my order details, and all I’ve received are automated AI responses and promises that someone would get back to me. They didn’t.
The sunglasses may be excellent, but if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect timely communication or proper customer service. Taking a customer’s £100 while failing to provide a delivery update or even a realistic timescale is simply not acceptable.
Very disappointing experience. Until SunGod replaces these AI bots with real customer support that actually responds, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Id think twice about buying from these
Id think twice about buying from these! Pay extra for 48hr delivery and they dont arrive. Customer service is none existent and always met with an ai chat bot. Very poor and im surprised they're endorsed by lando norris! Ordered friday 31st at 5pm so I get it was late so no order processed until monday but its wednesday 5th and still had no confirmation or any reply from emails/messages

Bad Quality, Looks good.
I like the fast Delivery from the UK to Germany, the glasses arrived fast and Safe with DHL. The sunglasses themselves are looking good, I configured me some Miras with blue glasses the most expensive ones with the 8KO lenses, but they are Not worth the high price, I already had to replace the frame once cause it broke at one of the screws. The lenses also have scratches and some black spots already, for that price absolutely ridiculous. Look 10/10 Quality 4/10

Replaced sunglasses
Bought sunglasses for a Christmas gift where the sale was buy one get one free, amazing deal. The end of one of the arms got caught and snapped off. With their lifetime guarantee I was able to file a claim which they were very good in their prompt communication. In the process of sending them back, they got lost in the mail. When I informed Mariamme from Sungod about this and was about to make a claim with Royal Mail, she mage the decision the send me a new pair. Very happy with this result, would highly recommend their products and customer service is excellent. Very happy customer.

Rubbish sunglasses look nice fit nice…
Rubbish sunglasses look nice fit nice however beware the lenses look like they have been ground up in a bag of rubble for a week after just 2 months of careful wear. Contacted via their instant messenger on their website, no response. Left comments on their Facebook no response and DM on Instagram no response. So I'm £65 down with a pair of shades that I wore for 2 months. Never mind that's life

Abysmal customer service
A brand stands up to its claims when it responds promptly to product issues. I recently bought a pair of Velans with
Frosted Glacier Blue with 8KO IRIS HV Blue coating as this was the recommended for water sports. They don't have the reflective quality required. Without the packaging it's not possible to return the item. I asked if they could recommend a different lense which I was happy to pay for. No response. Disappointed 😞

Excellent sunglasses, I’ve had them for several years now. The 8ko lenses are amazing to run in.
Beyond brilliant customer service - I had the frames snap on me and they are replacing the frames in line with the lifetime guarantee.

Awful customer service and delivery
Awful customer service. There doesn't appear to be any ability to communicate with a human agent in real time. You just get sent around in circles by the irritating and unhelpful chatbot until you (again and again and again) get asked to send them an email. Which they will respond to in 3 days. Well that doesn't help me when I paid for 24h delivery, and 24h later they've still not handed the parcel to the courier, despite sending an email saying it had been dispatched alongside a tracking number. I only ordered on the basis that they could deliver next day. Now if/when the glasses arrive and I try to return them (because they didn't arrive in time for holiday) I'm going to be told that they won't take them back because they're "custom".

Initially was sent sunglasses with the wrong lenses, however once I got in contact with Mariamme in customer services, she responded quickly and arranged an express delivery with replacement ones.
Very happy with my renegade glasses. Got a free pair as well.

Great support in a case of lifetime warranty replacement for the lenses: professional and very fast. The product (Velans) I like very much also. Great quality and ease to change lenses for night rides with bike. Clear recommendation from my side.
