I had a small issue with my order (brilliant glasses, by the way) which Mariamme swiftly corrected and had posted in no time at all! If only all customer service was this good! I recently contacted SunGod after purchasing a pair of Renegade McLaren Papaya Edition sunglasses from the Official F1 Store at Silverstone during the British Grand Prix. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered the box was empty and the limited-edition sunglasses had sold out online.
Mariamme was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to check with the warehouse and managed to locate a spare pair, which she then arranged for me. Her communication was friendly, professional and proactive throughout the entire process.

I seem to be working my way through the entire SunGod range. Incredible optics/quality. After years of buying Oakley and Ray-Ban, I was a little nervous about buying something that looked too good to be true. On the odd occasion when something is not quite right, the customer service is second to none. Abby and Sophie are aweseome!

I cannot recommend sungod more. They replaced an old pair of glasses (nearly ten years) due to an issue more than wear and tear. I'm not sure any other company would do that after such a long period. Their support staff are excellent and thorough. I won't be buying any other sunglass brands. I highly recommend everyone else tries them out.

I asked if the order could be delivered two days before the scheduled delivery date, and they actually managed to deliver it three days early. Excellent service!

The ear sleeves had come off my glass and been lost. So I contacted SunGod and they despatched a replacement set, right away, via currier without charge.
The glasses (my main set is used during hang gliding) are great and so is the customer service.

Placed my order and it as dispatched and arrived within a few days.

Ordered the Renegades with extra polarisation, look and feel are superb, and for me worth the money. I don't squint in the sun like I did with my old sunglasses.

Time will tell how they last, but for now I'm very happy with them.

What an incredibly refreshing customer experience from Sungod. I have purchased a few pairs over the years and they never disappoint but when I broke my favourite pair they replaced the frames for me. They made everything easy and responded quickly. Great company and lovely staff.

How does one sort out being sent the wrong sunglasses? Had a useless response from Sol (AI) and a question from a customer service human which I responded an hour or so later and since nothing. Emailed them again, no response. First notified the company about the problem 7 days ago. Yet to be told how the problem will be resolved. Given the current timeline I think I will be lucky to have the correct sunglasses 2 weeks after receiving the wrong ones

Ordered straightforward sunglasses (not prescription) nearly a fortnight ago. Received order confirmation and nothing more. No, I do not want to "chat" with "Sol" the AI bot again thank you very much. It seems impossible to get a response and each time I send a message I'm told that it will go back to the end of the queue. Not at all happy with this experience.

Things have changed as it usually does with most companies, I don't know if they were bought or what happened but it seems the custome servie has really taken a plunge.

You used to be able to log in and see your order and claim the lifetime warranty easily. I previously had to do it, and the service was impeccable. Now you no longer have that account, and i haven't heard back from anyone in 5 days. This is a real shame

I bought a pair of SunGod Vulcans sunglasses two years ago, and my overall experience with the product was good. Last week, though, I accidentally damaged one side of the frame. I considered buying a replacement frame, especially since I own two lenses and interchange them when needed. I visited their website, and I found the replacement area. From there, I found a page dedicated to the Vulcans, and it was very clear that the top frame kit was the one being sold there. I checked the entire page many times, including the "in the box" section, to ensure I'd get what I was looking for. The section says: SunGod Vulcans (with an image of the top frame and nosepiece) + Nose pad pack (three alternative pads). Since the ear socks were damaged as well, I also added them to the package. The total was CAD $77 including shipping to Canada. The next day, I had to pay $23 for import duty. The final price was exactly $100 to get the sunglasses back on the road again. However, when I got the package five days later, what I got was ONLY the ear socks and the nosepiece. Again, I read the entire page, and there's nowhere they say they're selling ONLY the nosepiece for $40. The entire page is around Vulcans, showing the frame measurements and details, and the "in the box" section is very clear: "SunGod Vulcans™ - Guaranteed for life". For me, this is so clear that they're selling the frame kit (top frame + nose piece). But if I was the one who misinterpreted the page, even though the package came with missing nose pads. The "in the box" section is very clear about the "3 alternative sized nose pads to find your optimum fit". The ONLY ONE nose pad I got came with the nosepiece. No extras AT ALL.
I attempted to get support from them. I started a conversation with their AI agent, which told me it would "pass your message to the relevant member of the SunGod team who will respond as soon as they can!".
Since then, I have been in limbo. No messages back, no emails, nothing. I’ve never felt so fooled this way. SunGod is an absolute scam, as they have no customer service, their products are ridiculously pricey, and the website is built to mislead customers and make the user journey a complete fail.
Now, what I have are two lenses, two nosepieces and an extra pair of ear socks that are absolutely useless without the frame, and probably will be in the landfill soon. That's a real shame, so I just wanted to make potential customers of this brand aware and to rethink your buying decisions. It might be worth visiting a local shop where you may find real customer service that may be able to help if you need. Also, opt for well-known brands to avoid dealing with this kind of brand. So stay away from SunGod if you can and care about your money.

I have to say this company has absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a problem with my sunglasses when they arrived, and the SunGod team worked to fix it immediately with no questions asked. One email was all it took to start the process, which was brilliant. It was easy, streamlined, and without hindrance. They honour their Lifetime Guarantee (Honestly, I don't know anywhere else that offers a generous guarantee) without question, and even though it didn't go as intended, it was rectified straight away again at no additional cost to me. While the overall process took a little longer than I expected, it was all worth it in the end. I have the sunglasses I wanted, they look great, and I know that they are guaranteed for life.
