An old set’s frame cracked putting replacement lenses in. New frame sent free under warranty within 24 hours. These guys are legit.
Fantastic sunglasses and customer service
I love my Sungod Sierra sunglasses, I’ve had them for about 3 years and won’t go anywhere without them.
Last week I dropped them and the frame snapped, so I thought I’d test out the lifetime guarantee. I filled out the form and received an email 2 days later saying they would send me a replacement frame. It arrived 2 days after that, and I used the video they have on YouTube to put my existing lenses in my new frame, which was much easier than expected - took less than 1 minute. So less than a week after dropping my sunglasses, I have a replacement pair ready to wear in the sun today!!
If I want a new pair of sunglasses at some point, I will definitely get them from Sungod.

I made a claim against the lifetime warranty for my Classics (the arm broke). Presented the claim which was smoothly approved after providing information by the good folks at SunGod (special mention to Abby and Jess).

The reviews on their website are likely fake. I hope others don’t get caught out, the lenses are nice the frames are low quality.

I didn’t expect that nowadays there are still companies with such a professional and genuinely human approach to customers — but there are!
SunGod is definitely one of them. I bought their sunglasses about 4 years ago for cycling and driving, and they’ve been perfect ever since — great quality and durability.
Recently, I lost a rubber ear sock and was already considering buying a new pair. However, I decided to contact the manufacturer and ask about spare parts. To my surprise, without any unnecessary questions and completely free of charge, within 48 hours I was informed that they were sending me replacement parts.
On top of that, they even thanked me for using their products!
This kind of customer care really stands out. I highly recommend SunGod to everyone — and I will definitely be buying my next pair from them.

Received my sunglasses on Monday but the case I ordered was missing and not sent. Then to compound things the sunglasses had a scratch on the emblem on opening. I contacted customer services via web chat on Monday- unable to speak to a human but the AI bot replied a human would review the issue and respond. Heard nothing. Sent email directly to them Tuesday- no reply apart from AI bot reply to ask if I wanted to communicate with a human. Replied yes of course but there has been no further Response and it’s Thurs. Tried again on webchat to be told it could take 4 days to connect to a human!. No telephone number to communicate with.
Stuck with faulty glasses and no sunglasses case and due to go on holiday at the weekend without any means to resolve.
Extremely disappointed with a company that sells expensive sunglasses.

I've bought many pairs of SunGod sunglasses over the years, as I think of quality against price point, they're unmatched.
While on a trip, a recent pair snapped in half between the lenses. I'm not sure how I did it, but they were in my jacket pocket. At the time, I didn't realise that they had a lifetime warranty.
I was a little sceptical, but it was incredibly easy, and in under two weeks I had a replacement pair with no issues at all. Exactly the same pair. What an amazing service!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is worth it.
I’ve had a pair of SunGod sunglasses for over 5 years and recently broke them, so I used their lifetime warranty. The process was simple and communication was clear throughout.
What really impressed me is that they’ve come back basically brand new – not just repaired, but like a fresh pair.
It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product this well after so long. Really impressed.

Very impressed with service. After receiving a message to say the glasses I ordered were out of stock, SG went above and beyond to ensure I got another style and delivered on time. Would def recommend and will be using again. Very impressed with the glasses too.
Amazing customer support
First off I’ve a few pairs of Sun gods and the glasses are amazing, great optics. Build quality and fit are fantastic.
Unfortunately I managed to brake the frame of a pair by being a bit clumsy.
Since I’d had these for a good number of years I wasn’t upset about it.
I didn’t hold up much hope for replacement frames due to the age of them.
Anyways I went onto the sungod warranty replacement web tool and the process couldn’t be simpler. I suppose it was easier due to the fact I’m a sungod member and all my purchase history was there available to see.
The response from Sungod staff was super quick and my new frames are in the post today, I completed the warranty form last night so that’s an amazing turnaround.

Hidden/misleading return charges not disclosed in terms
Ordered a couple of skiing goggles but neither fit me. When I asked to return it I was told there was a £5 fee, which surprised me because I'd specifically looked for places offering free returns. So I looked at the details on their website again and couldn't find anything disclosing a return cost, except this:
"5. Return Shipping - Customers in the UK can choose to receive a pre-paid return label, or purchase their own return label with a courier of their choice."
That's at the best unclear and at the worst misleading. The most intuitive reading of that would suggest that there's no cost for the label as it's been pre-paid, and there's no disclosure that that will then be deducted from the refund amount. Is that even legal to not say?
I've now being ignored by customer service while trying to get my refund.
Pretty disappointing experience - goggles were nice though.
SunGod - Appaling customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
My partner ordered a pair of glasses for my birthday after speaking with a representative at the triathlon expo at Excel. They initially wanted to purchase them there, but the specific pair wasn’t available, so they were advised to order online instead. They were given a discount code and explicitly told it would cover delivery costs - it did not.
When the glasses finally arrived, they were scratched. They were returned using tracked mail (which we have still not been reimbursed for), and a replacement pair was sent out.
What arrived the second time was honestly shocking. The glasses were broken, with lenses detached from the frames, and they came without any original packaging. It looked as though they had simply been thrown together and shaken in transit. It was embarrassing, especially given that this was meant to be a birthday gift.
To make matters worse, the customer service throughout has been appalling - unhelpful, slow, and completely lacking accountability. Despite everything, we still have not received any meaningful response from the company.
At this point, I expect a full refund, reimbursement for return postage, and a clear explanation of how this has been handled. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through formal complaints and consumer protection channels.
Very poor customer service
Placed an order for limited edition mclaren sunglasses at end of March. A customer service representative emailed me advising that there was a delay with the order due to being out of stock and asked would i like to take an alternative or cancel. I decided i would cancel the order and emailed back stating this. After 6 days (4 working days) I have still not had a response. I have then tried the sungod chat support raising a ticket only to receive another message saying that their usual reply time was 4 days! Im very dissapointed with the reponse time especially given I havent had one yet! This is poor customer service at its finest.

I purchased a set of sun glasses and paid extra for a DHL Express delivery and they never arrived had no tracking ID , tried the chat bot and it raises a ticket and says someone will be back to you in 1 to 2 working days but not heard anything , tried emailing but no response . Shocking Customer Support
This is the second time using SunGod. First experience was really good, I had an issue with the frames and the frames was replaced with-in a few days. I decided to order again from SunGod, but this experience has been shocking. I pre-ordered a pair of sunglasses, but the delivery date changed a few days before I was due to received the sunglasses. Tried to cancel the order and this is where the issues started. Cancelled over 1 week ago and I'm still waiting for confirmation that the order has been cancelled and when I'm due to receive my refund!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
