Horrible product. Poor quality resulting is peeling clear coat with custom paint where one can see decals were painted over. Save you money as they'll offer to send you a new set for $50 but you'll end up with the same issue.

I ordered a set of Fairings for my 07 GSXR 600 on April 3rd. With corona going on it said on the website it would be an additional 2 weeks for the order. It is now August 4th and I have still not received my order. I have emailed them 4 times and still haven't received ANY type of communication about my order. I'm just going to have to bite the 500$ I spent and find a different company to purchase from.

I was a second time buyer. The first time I bought from them I got custom painted fairings for an 05 gsxr and they came out great. I was very pleased. So I was pretty disappointed when the second time I ordered, I wanted stock replica fairings for a 2011. I sent them multiple pictures of the bike, was very specific I wanted the stock colors. I wasn’t aware that they paint was called pearl blue, but they sure knew it was, AFTER they sent me a purple painted set of fairings, instead of the pearl blue. As a fairing company when somebody says stock colors, they should know damn well. I tried to return them, tried to get a refund, tried to get them painted locally and them cover the bill. Come to find out, pearl blue is a very expensive paint. 250 bucks a quart. After about 30 emails back and fourth the most money they would offer me was a 120 dollar refund, after spending almost 600 on the fairings and shipping. Terrible customer service, they won’t fix the problem, and the fairings are useless to me, purple. I’ll never order from them again.

All in all the fairings look good. I ordered a clear windscreen and they sent me a black one. However they reimbursed me $25 which paid for a new clear one.

I purchase a suzuki TL fairings on April 22 2020 today day is July 28 2020 and still waiting ..when I ask them how long it take for shipping and they tell me 40 days before buying them.and them I bough them now this..3 days ago I email them how is everything but no answer because I don't want they tell me to wait 40 days more.they already did ...this is crazy almost 3months waiting and nothing..never never again bought something from this people very upset...definitely not recomended..

The fairing looks pretty good on my bike. The quality and fit of the fairings is excellent. If you like the looks of a fairings, you won't find a better product for the cost.

The fairing came in and fits and looks great. This winter I plan on painting it to match the bike for an even sleeker look. Thanks guys!

Great communication with pictures before shipping. The fairings were extremely beyond my expectations. I will be going through this company for future purchases.

You get what you pay for. Although it doesn't come with directions. Most of the pieces line up right and it's high glossy painting.

Honestly do yourself a favor. Read these reviews. Don't, DON'T ORDER FROM SUMMIT FAIRINGS!! Placed an order 5/14, 2 days later i get an email about Covid and a delay. That's fair. They say check back in 3 weeks. Check back on 6/9...they say give them 2 more weeks. I wait 2 weeks and msg them 7/2 and they say they are now up and running. 7-10 working days to finish and 40 days to arrive. I ordered custom fairings they said they could accomodate. WRONG. I get an email that i should take the kit when received somewhere to get it custom painted. THAT'S WHY I ORDERED FROM YOU! They say chose a different set of fairings....I cancelled my order on 7/4/20 and surprisingly i received my refund yesterday. I wasted 2 months on these clowns. I do feel the only reason i received my refund was because i paid thru Paypal and threatened to get them involved for the refund. Summitfairings.com is a freaking joke and fraudulent. Don't use them.

Place is a joke. Same thing is happening to me as everyone else. Orderd almost 3 months ago. Just shy of 600$ for the kit and what I got. Got to quality checking and haven't heard anything since. I dint know what to do. Seems like no one is having any luck getting there kit or money back from them. Sucks I saved up for 9 months to get the kit and am getting screwd. Place is a complete joke. If anyone has any information on what I can do to help the process or get my money back please let me know. Thank you. Order #17081

These guys are scumbags. I ordered a kit on 4/16 canceled it on 5/27 and still haven’t gotten my refund. Worst company ever. Now I cant get a response from them and the last one I did get said I was refunded but guess what no refund in my account. What a joke.

I agree with everyone saying they’re a scam. They keep resending me the printed tracking number that anyone can print out due to the fact no item was brought to the carrier. They just keep resending the tracking like I don’t know what it is. Please don’t waste your money on a lying company. My wife orders hair from China and has gotten them via ship in no more than 30 days. I prolly won’t be able to ride my bike till next year now cuz I don’t ride i the winter. Lol. Anywhere else we can leave reviews to let people know not to mess with summit fairings?

Absolute Joke.... Ordered MONTHS ago and Whitney just keeps telling me to wait and offering me $25 refund for my troubles. Its now been 3 months of waiting. I am giving them until the end of the week or i too will be filing with PayPal and disputing this whole transaction.

I ordered fairings for my 2007 GSXR 600 on march 28th. Everything seemed to be going according to the timelines they gave, My fairings got to the "quality checking" stage and then nothing for almost 2 weeks. I sent multiple emails and they FINALLY got back to me and said I had to pay $50 more for shipping due to the Covid-19 situation. I paid it like an idiot because I NEED MY FAIRINGS. They finally sent a tracking number on may 5th saying the order has shipped. It is now June 5th, STILL NO UPDATES. What the hell Summit. I've ALSO asked multiple times for a REFUND and they won't reply to my emails about it. This company is TRASH. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUMMIT FAIRINGS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PRODUCE ANYTHING.

UPDATE: Over 3 months later I FINALLY recieved my fairings. First thought was "AH! FINALLY!" Unfortunately I was so disappointed about having to wait so long, I actually waited until the next day to open them. Because hell, I've gone this long without them right? I opened them the next morning to find a full kit for my bike which is nice, What ISN'T nice is the quality of the fairings. A few pieces have gouges in the plastic, Nothing too major but for almost $600 I shouldn't have fairings with deep scratches in the plastic. The paint quality is OK, The color I will say is very nice and a pretty close match to the original color. The "heat shield" they send is nothing more than foam with aluminum foil glued to it which is pretty crappy compared to the factory stuff in my opinion. It just seems cheap. The "Hardware" is nothing more than a bunch of random nuts and bolts with some washers and crappy quality expansion plugs. So be ready to find a hardware store and go get your own. Some of the pieces have to be forced into place and it shows a gap here and there, Not to mention some of the decals are missing and the others are in the wrong place. Overall, I would NOT recommend summit. Unless of course you like being jerked around just to receive a sub par product. Thanks for wasting 3 months of my time Summit!

I ordered my fairings on April 23, 2020. It is now May 30th, still no fairings or update on where they even are. Once I placed the order, the process seemed to be going well. It was processed , painted , checked and then it stopped. Their website “ shutdown “ for 2 weeks with no emails sent , no urgency to inform customers of what was going on. It wasn’t until I sent 3 emails and 3 weeks later (May 18th) that I received a email saying my fairings are en-route and will be here in 7-10 days. ( Despite the UPS label being created May 9th). It has now been 11 days since that email and nothing has been updated on the tracking page for their website nor UPS. Which tells me they haven’t even been shipped yet. This company is a scam and the unfortunate fact is, I paid $445 for fairings and $100 for shipping just to have this happen. Avoid this rip off company and go through monster fairings or even amazon.
EDIT; June 7, I received an email from them apologizing for the delay and kindly asking for me to wait an additional 2 WEEKS, After already waiting 7. I have requested a refund about 5 times and been ignored every time. I have now filed a claim with PayPal and should be getting an answer soon. This company is a scam, go through amazon, Monster fairings, anyone besides these scam artists.
EDIT ; June 9 , I have exchanged an additional 2 emails with Summit , both requests for a refund have been denied and “ Whitney “ has stated they will not “ cancel “ the order , even though it’s a refund, not a cancellation. They also have suggested waiting “ several days “ at this point, not even a weekly time frame anymore. I have escalated this to PayPal and if that doesn’t work I will be looking into other means to get my money back. This “company” is a joke, a scam, a rip off and quite possibly the most unprofessional personnel I’ve dealt with. Save yourself the time, the money and the headache and go through a reliable company.
EDIT ; June 17 , still no fairings or update from Scammit Fairings. I’ve started the process of disputing it with PayPal, if they neglect to fix the issue, I’ll be going through my bank. 2 months and still no fairings, as others have said , I keep getting the same tracking number sent to me but there’s no updated information.
EDIT ; June 26, after 2 months and 1 week, the fairings finally arrived at my door step. Fortunately for me, I refused the delivery and it’s being sent back to the terrible “ company “. If you don’t mind paying $500+ and waiting over 2 months to get some junk pieces of plastic, go through these guys. I’m not trying to promote any other companies but I ordered through NT fairings on amazon and they had my stuff here in less then a week. I’ll update again, once I receive my refund and if they do it in a timely manner.
EDIT ; July 9 , the fairings have been sent back to the company , I have sent proof and requested/demanded a refund, with no progress. “Whitney” is just a fake name for some Chinese dude that doesn’t speak English, keeps telling me the parcel will arrive soon and to keep waiting, when I already refused it and it’s been sent back to them. It’s been nearly 3 months and I have made absolutely zero progress with this company. They are a waste of time, energy and money. If I do not get a refund within the week, I’ll be going to my bank. Also , PayPal is trash and is useless, it’s been over a month since I filed a dispute and they never reached a conclusion.
UPDATE ; July 13, received an email from “ Whitney “ again this morning , offering for ME to go pick up the “ parcel “ from the delivering company , when as stated I don’t know like 5 times I already returned it and have proof of it arriving. If I go pick it up they’ll refund me the 100 dollar shipping cost. Jesus Christ these people have to be stupid. I’m not driving 2500 miles to the other side of the country to get the items I already returned because I don’t want any business with this disgusting company. It’s funny they’ll reply to other reviews but not mine.
UPDATE ; July 16, they have asked for me to delete this review , hahaha, no. I still have NOT received a refund, they have told me it will take “ a long time “. But they had no problems taking my money before even making/shipping the fairings. These recent reviews with 5 stars, are obviously fake. I have NEVER met such an unprofessional and unreasonable “ company “. They don’t care about their customers and don’t care about their product, you’re basically a one night stand to them, they’ll take your money and run. STAY AWAY.
FINAL UPDATE; July 21 , after 3 whole months, 30+ emails and too much time, I have received my refund. If it wasn’t for this brutal review, I would’ve never gotten it back. Summit has asked me to delete this and I refuse so others can avoid the same mistake. Good luck to anyone who orders through them.
