I was hesitant on ordering replacement fairings online from anywhere that wasn't a dealer in fear of inferior parts but Summit Fairings has the real deal!!! Perfect color and fitment. Thank you guys for an excellent product. I will definitely recommend and use your products again.

STAY AWAY. In an attempt to see shipping cost, the order automatically completed and charged me 673 dollars for fairings! I did not mean to place this order and I have attempted to contact them for 5 days straight now to no avail! I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND I AM BEING IGNORED. I am disputing through PayPal and am willing to take legal action if necessary, I do not want to be screwed out of the money for fairings I didn’t intend to order! I was skeptical but Linn made me feel comfortable with her fast replies, it took about two months to receive them but anything you order from China will take that long to arrive. The fairings look great, my bike is mint now, I had the shop install them and they said they had to modify them to make them fit right, I don’t know if that’s true or if they just said it to charge me extra but either way the fairings on my bike look great. Linn is a great business person.

Excellent product and customer support. Lyn did a fantastic job in getting me exactly what I wanted this is my second set of fairings. Both amazing. Couldn’t be happier

I never received my $600 fairings or a refund.

Summit fairings were about 100$ more than other fairing sets through other retailers, but I though I was paying for quality for 06 Honda CBR 1000. After ordering it takes them a full week and a half to send me the tracking info. After that they proceed to tell me it's gonna take an additional 6 weeks to arrive entirely to long for shipping! The plastic when arrived were boxed well. But the quality of the material and finish, I am not happy with. You have to shave down clips and insertions to make them fit and alot of the fairings like the side & tail fairings don't have the proper bending capabilities to fit in place. If possible check out other recources

Ordering process was easy and they kept my up to date with the progress which was great, packaging was great too however, there was some quality issues, paint not all the way around the edge in some spots and decals lifted slightly on thin edges. Also had some imperfections in the paint.

Very poor communication skills from this company. I have 30 days waiting for my order. I've emailed them 30 times and they haven't replied in 30 days. Order says "quality check" for the past 2 weeks". I would avoid ordering from here.

I ordered a fairings kit for my 2003 Ducati 999. I received kit in a timely manner, but did not get around to getting it prepped and installed till months later. Once i started on installation i found that none of the bolt holes lined up and the front fairing with windscreen would not fit at all. I did some research and found that they sent me a kit for 2005-2007. Will not fit AT ALL. I then contacted the company several times via e-mail because they do not have a number listed. 1st, they offered me $75 for a refund and no fix for their mistake and now they will not respond at all.

I wish that I was able to upload the conversation and screenshots that I have back and forth with this company. Not only did it take months and months for me to get my fairings, the fairings were Nothing like me and a woman actually spoke on a phone about! (After attempting time and time again to call the number that they have for their company but goes straight to a cell phone voicemail) as well as exchanged emails. And after the reply of them admitting that they were wrong and I requested a refund, as I would send them back ( I was tired of dealing with the runaround bull crap and false advertisement)., they have blocked me from communicating through email as well as the fact that I can't get a hold of anyone to talk to. If I were you I would not waste your time or money. go somewhere else and you'll get them a lot quicker , and I'm assuming as well or better quality ( I had to do many adjustments to get them to actually go on to the bike) and surely to goodness better customer service. And like I say I'm not just some sour customer, if I could only post pictures and screenshots of what I'm talking about. You'd understand.

This company better get it together soon. My mechanic ordered almost 3 months ago and got the covid excuse a month ago. Now no response...

I’ve been waiting 2 months for my fairings and they have been sitting in China for a month alone . Idk what’s going on . However ... they did refund me 30 dollars once and then offered to give me free delivery so I imagine I will be refunded another hundred . Over all I haven’t seen the finished fairings yet but so far it’s looking bleak..

My experience with summitfairings has bin very good more like excelent my farings came in very well packaged and shipping was great, fitment didn’t have any problem except one faring came with a defect , and was replaced by a new one by summit fairings fast ,after talking with Lyn who immediately took care of the problem, im happy with the purchase and i know i can buy in the future with no problem i recomend summit farings because , they will do what is necessary to have the customer happy and that’s customer satisfaction thank you lyn and summit fairings.

Ordered a matter black fairing kit for an 03 999 ducati. The plastic is extremely thin, lots of burrs on all pieces and some not even Trimmed correctly, so I had to trim and re paint. Also, they did not send all of the hardware needed to put the fairings together. The original design of the 03 999 they deviated from and the bike does not look the same very noticeable deviation. The paint which is matte black, is the cheapest paint job I have ever seen, little to no clearcoat. I could have done a better paint job with spray paint cans lol. Lastly, the hardware supplied as well as the holes in the fairings are completely different than OEM. I would not recommend buying from them.
