Summitfairings Arvostelua 

Purchased new parts for my motorcyle on 9/23. Was told it would take 20-25 days. I was given a tracking # but shipper said product not provided. Some 48 days later the fairings arrived. They fit perfectly but the color is not an exact match.

The fit is just okay and nothing more, and the paint job isn’t very good either, but all in all, you can’t really expect more at this price.
If you’re looking for fairings with a look that’s close to the original, I would go with a different supplier.

I placed an order and paid for gsxr fairing kit, two days later I contacted them for a cancellation due to a change of plan on my end, they contacted me and immediately returned my charge, great communication, thanks!!

No one answers the phone company won't talk to me. I cancelled a order and decided to not cancel it. Want my business or not? Read the BBB reviews people had this same problem as me not cool spending$444 and can't get in touch with anyone to confirm or cancel the order cause no one will teach out but yet you're the one giving them business and a paycheck smh.. Either I want a refund or send me my order before I get my CIA friend involved

Terrible fitment and terrible customer service. Stay away at all cost. I’m having to go through my bank and fight them now.

low quality paint, but medium/high quality plastic.

I run a small motorcycle repair shop and Summit fairings came highly recommened. I disagree.
Shipping time was 6-10 weeks and it took 14 weeks to arrive.
Customer service took multiple phone calls and emails to get a response about where my order was.
Once arrived the quality was subpar for even Chinese fairings. Maybe not the worst I've seen but not good.
Wont use them again

I have ordered multiple sets of fairings in the past. This time they accidentally sent me the wrong model year fairings. Instead of wanting to fix the problem they just sent me my money back and told me they no longer want my business. I just wanted the fairings that I paid for and summit fairings made the mistake on sending the wrong model year fairings.

Customer service was on point. The product on other hands was not up to par. The finished product looked like a 6th grader school project. I’m am not please with it but since I’ve waited for over 2 months. I did not want to prolong it with return and prolong the process of having a fairing on my bike. So I’m SOL on this 6th grader school project riding around town.

Solid fairings good alignment

Honestly I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I was excited for these fairings they look great they didn’t cost an arm and a leg. But I was one of the unlucky customers who received a faulty set. The clips they state to be good are not they’re very small and plastics don’t line up properly. Instead of a 2 piece upper cowl they designed a one piece upper cowl cool right? No. I couldn’t get it to line up with my headlights I tried for a couple hours and realized it just won’t work. Maybe I received a different year of plastics I’m not sure. I ordered a set of white green and black plastics for a 2009 zx6r non monster edition. The rectifier mount doesn’t line up with the right side turn signal so it can’t be mounted properly. I partially take blame because when I received the package I didn’t put the fairings on right away. I would have then noticed they don’t fit and contact summit about it but I waited. So I ended up paying the 1300$ on the upper cowl, left and right side fairing from Kawasaki to ensure proper fitment this time. All in all 5 stars on the paint job. 1 star on the quality of fitment on the 3 most Important pieces. I could care less about the smaller cosmetic pieces but the 3 main pieces that make the bike what it is are really important for that they fit properly. I don’t even enjoy bashing this company because they have so much potential to do quality work. It’s just unfortunate I didn’t receive the quality they can provide.

Fairings were painted as I wanted, good quality materials

One part was damaged when I received my parts. I emailed them and I got a response of we will reimburse you for a portion of the cost but I have yet to see it. Other then that the parts are great they fit perfectly (except for the one clip that was broken) I would definitely use them if I needed another set.

Really nice fairings that fit very well . The only suggestion I would make is to remove the extra material that builds up around the taps and holes before you assemble the fairings together

Very good quality fairings excluding the front small skirts around the radiator that did not line up very well .

They did an ok job on the paint. There was dirt. Some sanding marks that didn’t get buffed out. The plastic is NOT as good as the OEM but better then the really cheap stuff. Some parts they had to bend a little bit to install, the tabs broke. For the price I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

Fairings for 2012 cbr250r came in well packaged, the bolts and fastener came in one bag so there was some sorting to do. No biggie!

Very pleased with the this company and their product! Their fairings fit perfectly and look amazing! The company also has fantastic customer service which I’m am very pleased with. Would definitely do business again if the need be!

Unpainted parts…

Feedback was fairly good. Person I was in contact with was very nice and would reply in a timely manor. Downside was when it arrived. Aftermarket parts so obviously not OEM quality but there were holes that didn’t line up, plastic didn’t sit flush, and the paint was very easy to flake off. Most chipped off first time putting the plastics together. Could’ve been better quality.
