It’s been 3 weeks since placing an order, tried 3 different ways to contact over last week, absolutely no reply. Status on shop app states „on its way”, did not receive a tracking number or my order.

I bought floor mats and couple of stickers worth of 90euros. Its been 2 months and all ive received is comfirmation email saying they will update me with email when things get shipped. Well, ive never received that email or my order. Ive sent 3 emails asking what is going on -no replys. I also dm’ed their instagram account -nothing. What an aweful customer support. I feel like I got scammed.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order June 22nd and after 2 months of still not receiving anything I took matters into my own hands and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Was told multiple times that my order would ship and I would receive my shipping notification enough was enough. Do not order anything from this company. You will never receive anything.

Updated review - A real shame at the beginning
Didn’t think I would have an issue being a car person I ordered from this site years back, no issues at all, got my order and even got some freebie slap decals. Years forward, ordered on 20th July… orders are supposed to arrive within 10 working days, but I still haven’t received my parcel. Sent messages via email, Instagram, WhatsApp and even took the plunge to comment on his photos on Facebook - no replies for days. I then took it further and posted it onto my Instagram story and tagged the business in it to get the attention considering he constantly posts on his Instagram yet fails to be able to reply to his customers via DM? He soon replied and said he is a one man band at the moment and that he is sorry, that it will be getting sent out the next day, and he’s thrown some freebies in? Fast forward I’ve still received no parcel whatsoever, messaged again to see if he had actually sent the parcel and I’ve got nothing back. If I don’t receive this parcel I’ll be going to TS because it seems it’s became frequent and he’s doing it to anyone he can. DO NOT waste your money. Go to other car brands. Absolutely shocking.
Bit of an update as of 24/08/22, I finally got my order and received some freebies due to all the issues. When it came it was nice quality. Just a real shame about customer service, the tracking and the delay in the postage. It does leave you questioning wether you have been robbed or not.

I ordered a jumper from these guys 2 months ago nearly. After several attempts of contacting them, via email and instagram (their customer support is truly bad) they still have not replied. They sent me a tracking number 3 weeks ago, I put it into Evri and all it says is “we are expecting your parcel, the supplier has not yet sent it to us”
This truly a horrible way to treat your customers. You have 0 customer support
In place and you’re a terrible company. Never will I buy from you again, and I’m hoping I get my item asap, because I genuinely do like the designs and the item I ordered was meant as a birthday present but that’s long gone now. Please if you read this, don’t support this company. They’ve been nothing but a headache and a horrible experience.

I ordered on 13th May expecting my order weeks ago, apparently its been dispatched but despite several emails and DMs chasing my order I've been ignored and have received no tracking.
Apsolute scammer, and as a fellow car enthusiast with a huge following you'd have expected better.

Absolutely atrocious!!
Absolutely atrocious!!! Do not use this company, unless you want to be left wondering if you have been scammed!! Our order was over 8 weeks late. I emailed them so many times to ask where my order was and eventually just wanted a refund, but they ignored every email. I gave up and assumed I had actually been scammed and would have to swallow the financial loss. To my surprise the product eventually turned up over 8 weeks late, but by then I had bought a replacement equivalent elsewhere. I will never use this company again.

Firstly, I want to say that to this day (2months) I haven´t received a single update or a tracking number. The wait times for even shipping the package out are atrocious, hell even that´s a compliment. They seem to have a nice sortiment of stuff, however good luck getting your hands on it. They probably haven´t even packed the order in 2 months

I have made an order over a month ago, to this date they havent shipped it out, and they wont reply to any of my emails or messages on instagram. i will never order anything from them again. The owner "Adam James Row" has very bad reputation in the UK (and everywhere else) for ignoring and literally scamming people.

I’m absolutely appalled by this company and the wait times for delivery. They don’t respond to emails or Instagram messages when you enquire to where your order is. I used to buy several items of clothing, cleaning products etc off here however I certainly won’t be anymore. Their communication with customers is terrible.
Terrible service
I’m getting absolutely sick of this company. They used to be brilliant and have my order shipped within hours of processing and now it’s over a 3 week wait to even have an order dispatched. Their customer service has gone down hill so much too. Used to be amazing and super fast with responses and the owner, Adam, even used to call me to keep me updated on my orders if there was any issues. They call me a “V.I.P” customer yet I’m still awaiting for just a phone case 3 weeks later after paying for next day delivery. Absolute joke.

If I could give no stars I would. For a brand to name themselves a ‘number one automotive brand’ and get my order wrong twice is atrocious.
I ordered on the 15th Feb, my order came on the 3rd March. On opening the parcel I realised it had been sent out with only one correct item. I ordered 2 lanyards and 2 sun strips (one matte white and one gloss black) I had received 2 gloss black ones instead. Fair enough mistakes are made but the lanyards weren’t in there either. So I emailed to enquire about this and they said they would send them out. I’ve only just received my items today (17th March) as after getting my order so wrong they still sent it out 2nd class. So a month long ordeal with this order and they have still managed to get my sunstrip wrong. I ordered Matte white and they have sent me gloss white. I’ve never known a company to get it so wrong, I would avoid them if you don’t want to waste your time and money.
Terrible customer service
Placed my order just over 3 weeks ago, have emailed them numerous times to which they responded once stating that my order will be shipped the following Monday, well it’s been 4 days since the Monday and still haven’t heard anything, emailed them again to no response, so I decided to email asking to cancel the order for which they responded and refunded me within 10 minutes?! So clearly they are just ignoring the other emails!
