Always a pleasure dealing with strictly static,orders take around 2-3 weeks to arrive but once you know that it’s not an issue, all these bad reviews of inpatient people dissing a well respected business makes me laugh, keep up the good work

No communication! Items never arrived. No explanation. No nothing. Not heard a peep have sent numerous emails & tried calling several times.
Avoid this company at all costs! Just a complete & utter scam.

Total scammer, he charged us $196 and sent no products and he won’t reply to voicemails or emails. His business should be closed down and he should be in jail as this is THEFT.

I’d give no stars if it was possible. My item was ordered around 3 weeks ago and additionally I paid for 48 hour shipping. Then I was told to download an app to track my purchase with no tracking number. To then be told that my item was delivered. It had not been delivered. I’d been trying to get in touch to chase this up and it has been a nightmare. 5 emails/messages later I’d still had no response. Absolutely disappointing customer service. It is a shame because the products are good quality from what I’ve seen at car stores.

Been dealing with SS for a few years, always felt well respected as I respected them... until now. Ordered for almost 100 pounds and its now the third month despite me emailing them alot.
No longer doing business or putting out a good Word for them.. bought a giant sticker from them and if I ever get it, it will be burned. Dont do business with them!

Took ages to arrive, which I wouldn't mind if they told you before it can take nearly 2 months to come. When I bought the hoodie it said something like 2 weeks max. I ordered as a birthday gift nearly a month in advance and it still showed up too late. They could contact people to let them know there's been a delay, or even offer a discount. Also was told it had been posted then asked a week later for an update and was told it still hasn't been shipped?? It's mainly the lack of transparency for me, if it was 2 months late but they were really apologetic and kept me updated I wouldn't be as bothered but it was me who had to chase them. Liked this brand before but since buying online won't buy anything from them again :/

I ordered 2 tee shirts 4 weeks ago! Still nothing, I've sent countless emails and had no response.... truly disgusting and disappointing as their stuff is really good 😔

Order clothing although there was a delay I do completely understand as there is only a two man team processing so many orders weekly.

Shocking service. Ordered on the 14th July item still hasn’t arrived. Tried to get in contact with them via multiple channels but zero response or care. Just going to chargeback through my bank. Awful stay away!

Same as everyone else. Ordered online to not receive items within time frame stated. No replies to emails until I put in the subject "bank refund" then got a response within minutes. Ordered my items on the 13th of July. Its now the 1st of August. Today I sent the email stating I would be starting a bank refund on Friday if items weren't delivered by then. I then get a email stating the owner was on holiday, I replied saying that's fine however my comment still stands to then get a refund email which is a shame as I actually like there products and wanted them. But this shows even they know they can't hold there deadlines.

Real shame as there merch is good and decent quality but this will be the last time I try ordering anything from them online. From now on I will only purchase from the stall at shows.

Adam if you see this I appreciate running a buisness isn't easy but you need to focus on this as you've got a great following and great products but this is clearly an issue that's been ongoing way too long and will/if not already has will tarnish the brand

Ordered a jdm number plate over a month ago after two weeks of waiting emailed them texted their instagram website phoned they’re number cause they didn’t even give me a tracking number or anything still haven’t received nothing atall no email no text and no parcel worst place I have ordered from absolute shocking got more luck using a website which have just started !wish I never wasted my time with this website they’re useless and obviously don’t know how to do they’re jobs, scamming scums !

Must have sent multiple emails and still no reply. Been waiting more than 3 weeks for my order. They’re happy to take my money but not reply to emails. Terrible company. Think I will be getting in touch with trading standards

More than 2 weeks after ordering a hoodie and I'm still waiting for a dispatch notification. This is outside of their process/dispatch time window by the way, so I can make a dispute. Have sent 4 emails to their "customer service" email addresses and received no reply. I just want my money back at this point.

Really wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Total scammer. Zero contact from Adam despite numerous texts and emails. Don’t even bother chasing him up, Do yourself a favour and just get your bank to reverse the payment and move on with your life. Complete flog.

Almost thought this was a scam.
Ordered goods, email quickly received to say dispatched, but no tracking details. Weeks went by, emailed several times but no response ever. Ultimately had to do chargeback through my bank. Then magically, a week later goods arrive and an email from the company asking if everything was ok. Would not recommend or use again. Wish I'd seen the reviews here before purchasing.
Update as of 07.07.23, the company has now contacted me several times chasing the return of the chargeback (which was initiated once the goods finally arrived as above). Despite the bank and myself advising the return of the cash amount would take up to 10wd, the owner (?) Adam, keeps chasing. His latest today claiming that it's now been 10 days since I advised the chargeback had been reversed. Which was on the 30th of June. 7 days ago. Not 10 days. Not 10 working days. Seriously, do yourselves a favour and avoid this sham of a company at all costs. The goods that arrive also don't match the quality of the goods in their concessions at places like the Motorist, but at this point i can't be bothered to go through any more with the company and have just written the cost off.

I have not received the package. I have been waiting for almost a month for my order and it is still not there. Contact with the company is terrible. They do not write back. I got a message 2 weeks ago that there is a delay because it is warm and the machine broke down. Fraud! I will never order anything from this company again!

I ordered items on the 22nd of may the items were marked as dispatched on the 24th I have received the items today (19th June)
The items themselves are good quality and if it wasn't for the delay and lack of response from the seller for such a long time I would have marked it higher

The items inside of the box are great, but the customer service is awful.
They told me that the box was shipped when it was not even assembled yet, after a week or two they told me the same thing and gave me a tracking number wich showed for another week that the package was being prepared (i guess assembled) by the company, so they just created the tracking number to basically trick me into thinking they shipped the box.
Really sad behavior, beacuse the shirts, hoodie, stickers etc. are both good loking and good quality.
Hope they'll thake this more serious soon.
