No problems with the first order i made.

The second order,was and still is only trouble..
Haven't heard anything about updates since 3/4/2023
Tried mail them multiple times,no luck.
Tried a another email,with luck,but that only lasted about 3 responses.
Now I don't get a response at all..

No package,no t&t and no response.
Total radio silence from there end.

Don't recommend..
Hope i get the package,but I'm not putting my money on it.

Customer support doesn't exist here. Wrote dozens of emails and got no answer. Although I received many emails from them that even the smallest problem is important to them. Don't recommend..

SCAMMERS i did my order ib november 2022 en to this i recieved nothing en cant get my money back.

Take it they've gone into liquidation. Ordered £120 worth and still waiting. Sent numerous emails they've been ignored. Scum bags!!

Heel slecht ik wacht nu al 2 maand dat het pakket gewoon opgestuurd wordt ze antwoorden niet waneer je zegt dat je nog geen track&trace hebt dan geven ze je een maar blijft er al 2 weken staan dat ze het pakket nog moeten binnenbrengen. Nog nooit zo een slechte service gezien!

Ich hab am 9. Januar bestellt.
Es hieß es kann bis zu 14 Tage dauern.
Dachte mir schon so ok is lang aber kein ding was sollst.
Hab mir 2 pullover und 2 tshirts bestellt.
Nach den zwei Wochen hin geschrieben weil ich ein bisschen ungeduldig war.
Kam sofort nh Antwort.
Er meinte das die Bestellung ein paar Tage später rausgehen sollte.
Wir haben den 13. März.
Ich hab über 100€ bezahlt.
Und alle Nachrichten werden nichtmal gelesen und ignoriert. Er ignoriert selbst Paypal die ihn mittlerweile versuchen zu kontaktieren.

I placed an order back in decmeber but it has not been sent yet! I have tried to contact them but they just keep ignoring my emails. I would rate them lower than 1 star if possible.

Items never received, ordered 2 months ago. Sent multiple emails and just get no response, STAY AWAY

Ordered from them for 48 hour tracker AND NEVER RECIEVED ITEMS OR REFUND!!!

Horrendous company. The customer service is appalling. 3 times I’ve ordered from them and 3 times there’s been great delays in my order arriving. Last time was 8 weeks and this time I haven’t even received it. Sent multiple emails and just get ignored.

I searched for a particular Craftsman chainsaw. Result was a very low price. I ordered via Paypal The only way the site would permit. Soon received an email stating that I authorized a payment to Mary Hudson. I tried to cancel via PayPal(PP). PP would not. Said that I had to cancel thru seller. I sent 2 emails to seller. No reply. PP paid Mary Hudson. Received email that item was shipped. Next email stated item was delivered in my mail or close to it. A chainsaw would not fit into my mailbox which is 110 ft. from my house and 2 ft. from road. PayPal closed my claim. Never received item

Placed an order shipping said 2-3 days paid 7-8quid for 48hr shipping. 3 weeks pass heard nothing ignored all my emails couldn't get through to them no sign of parcel no tracking nothing opened a dispute typical they then reply to that straight away! Then they said I'm due a refund that same day as they put my order on hold so after 3 weeks they hadn't even posted it. Nothing to say there was delays in dispatching orders. Still haven't received refund or items. Absolute joke of a company do not order from them unless you want to wait months for something that may not even arrive.

Op 7 december 2022 besteld, en tot op vandaag (2 januari 2023) nog steeds niets ontvangen. Al mijn vragen over mijn bestelling worden genegeerd, alsook mijn mails. Wanneer ik wel antwoord krijg, zegt de ene persoon compleet iets anders dan de vorige. Zo zei de ene dat mijn pakje verzonden was op 16 december, en de andere zei dat het de volgende dag verzonden werd (wat 20 december was). Ik heb nog steeds geen tracking email of bevestiging dat het verzonden is.

I placed an order on the 28th of October. I’ve sent numerous emails and was ignored. Finally got through to someone who said you don’t have a order with us. Back and forth for a while and he found my order and said it will be sent in the Monday 48 Royal Mail. Received nothing at all. Finally received a email from Royal Mail to say they have a parcel me, which is a week later than what I was told. I received parcel today in time for Christmas, but waited almost two months. Customer service is absolutely horrendous!

Placed order on the 5th December, said dispatched the 6th it’s now the 20th and no sign of it! No reply’s from email, online chat or Insta dms! Absolutely rubbish customer service!

Great products, amazing price and fantastic communication.

Will be buying from strictly static again.

was sent an email saying it’s been delivered never turned up to my house waited a couple of days got in to contact over 10 times emails messages everything heard nothing
then emailed saying what’s your order number sent it over 3 weeks ago still nothing been nearly 2 months and haven’t been given my refund or my items
