Hi, I purchased 5 hoodies and a phone case. The phone case was the wrong size. This was dealt with quickly. A new phone case was issued and I was told to keep the one that did not fit. They were very helpful. Would buy again from them.

No goods received, no answers to my mails, nothing after 2 months of wait.... 300€ for nothing, but paypal hopefully will help me, as Strictly Static is litteraly scamming their customers... This is a shame that this kind of company exists, they just want to take money from People without doing their job ! Do not order anything on this website.

Terrible company ordered a couple of bits been waiting around 2 months said 3-4 business days,emailed a bunch and texted on instagram and absolutely nothing will be making a dispute
Still haven’t arrived or heard nothing about them

Ordered in february, has not shipped my items and they do not answer emails. Scammers. I wish could give zero stars.

Trash company, owner is an absolute joke. No email updates ever, no transparency or anything.. just an unprofessional dude with an immense amount of greed. It said 10-14 day shipping for a shirt and 2 stickers and it took 53 days to arrive. This company should be shut down.. i mean look at all the people who this guy treats poorly. Making the car scene look bad yet all the guy cares about it posting on instagram. Steer clear of this brand

First time ordering. Put my order in on 27th January, and I’m still yet to receive it. Emailed them twice and had absolutely no response. Terrible company. Will not be ordering from here again and will be advising people to stay away. Never been so disappointed with an online company. They’re based in the UK and so am I so there is absolutely no reason I shouldn’t have received this yet. Royal Mail supposedly been expecting the order since 9th Feb…can’t stress enough how much of a joke this whole experience has been. DO NOT USE!!!

Ordered in December, was told to use the 'shop' app to track my parcel. Mid January the app stated my item had been delivered by royal mail 48 hour tracking but would not provide me with the tracking number. I sent 2 separate emails 10 days apart to the sellers asking for proof of tracking as it has not been recieved. Another 2 weeks went by and heard nothing back so I contacted the bank to assist in a refund. The bank provided me with my refund. A few days later I received a random tracking number from the seller, however this was just a purchased number and nothing had actually been taken to royal mail for dispatch. It's been another 10 days since and still that tracking number states the same ' that royal mail are awaiting for the parcel to be sent to them'. I'm glad I've got my refund back as it's been 2.5 months, no response from the seller and items did not arrive. So much for paying £9 for delivery and being told I would receive it in 10 working days. This company is a joke, I don't care if someone is running it solo, don't take orders that you can't keep up with. This seller spends more time uploading photos to their social media pages than considering your order. Go elsewhere.

Ordered Christmas presents on 11th December, with the 48h shipping offered that should have been fine. Nothing turned up & having emailed them just after Christmas Adam replied & apologised & said it would be sent out the following Monday, which it was, including a little extra. This all arrived fine, however one of the original items was missing & despite several emails since have heard nothing more…it’s a shame as we really like to support small businesses but there’s no excuse for poor service

Shame people are giving bad reviews, I got these and really loved them I have to say shipping took a lot longer then I expected and hoped but they might be a small team who struggle when they get a lot of orders but looking at the quality of the product (floor mat) it looks like they spent a lot of good time and effort.

Ordered a hoodie in large but was delivered an XL. Tried emailing several times to get a replacement but no reply. Won’t be ordering again

Har aldrig modtaget noget, men mine penge har de snuppet . Ærger mig over ikke at have været på trust pilot inden jeg bestilte. De er åbenbart kun ude på at snyde folk.

Same as everyone else’s experience ordered 19th dec and not received they don’t reply to emails will have to go through bank for a refund.

Over a month has passed and still not received my order, spent well over £100!
Says delivery in time for Christmas but doesn’t specify what year for Christmas that is! Absolutely ridiculous service! Will definitely not be using them again.

I ordered from strictly static not long ago and the have sent me someone else's order! I sent them an email telling them what the issue was and they never got back to me. This is shocking because i ordered from here for someones Christmas. This is totally unaceptable!

Shocking company, luckily bought from them at a show so at least I knew i'd receive my goods unlike most customers. Only thing worth buying was some stickers.

Stay away from the clothing it's terrible quality, looks much better online which is a lie. Steer clear of this scammer and wait till a show if you want to buy anything

Ordered a hoodie on the 26th October which was in stock and ready to ship
Payment taken
48hr delivery tracked via Royal mail

5 days later still no item, email received stating item will take 7-14 days to pick and pack (5 days after ordering)

No tracking number provided, downloaded the shop App as instructed, still no tracking info provided
Item claimed to be shipped but no proof of this
Zero response from strictly static to my queries
Still not received the item

Cancelled my order and got my bank to cancel the payment

Avoid this company at all costs, plenty of reputable brands out there that deserve and want your business.

Strictly static are far more interested in posting daily instagram posts than actually dealing with their customers.

Awful customer service.
How this business is still in operation after reading all the other reviews is concerning.

Always a pleasure dealing with strictly static,orders take around 2-3 weeks to arrive but once you know that it’s not an issue, all these bad reviews of inpatient people dissing a well respected business makes me laugh, keep up the good work
