Ordered from them on the 17th of February. Today is the 7th of May and haven’t received my order. Have tried to email them multiple times and no replies. Received no tracking email or updates. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Spend your money elsewhere. Awful experience.

Orderd on 3 april, stil nothing received, also the website doesnt work annymore

Ordered from them on the 1st April. Still haven’t received my ordered and it’s the 23rd April. Have tried to email them multiple times and no replies. Received no tracking email or updates. Not the first time this has happened. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered 13 stickers with free postage. The prices were good, and they feel good quality for what they are, but I'll never order something from this company again. I place my order on the 18th of February and received no updates, got no replies to emails, and a declined refund request. It finally arrived on the 24th of March To add to that, I was sent multiple emails asking to review the items that hadn't even been sent to me yet, creating a lot of confusion. I wouldn't mind the waiting, especially since I feel I got a good deal, but the complete lack of any customer service and order updates really lets them down

ordered on the 18th feb still nothing

ordered 2 t shirts, paid for postage, not only was my parcel only given tracking 2 weeks later but the courier has said they still haven't received it!

save yourself the money and buy from elsewhere.

12/03/25 random refund put through still no update on the actual reason why, will not re order

Placed my order 4 weeks ago, hasent been sent and now the strictly static domain is down. I think they have closed down the shop

I have placed this order in December, on Christmas day to see what their products are like as I was recommended to buy off them. It’s understandable that they were busy dealing with many orders for Christmas so I was patient. It’s currently February 11th and I have not received any information about my order, I have sent emails, filled out a contact form on their website and I even messaged the number where I received my confirmation details from and called them but it just keeps saying the number is not recognized. I’m not sure what to do now because I have spent over €100 in that order and all I want now is to get my money back, it’s really disappointing that this has happened to me and other people.

After 3 emails, a return request and 3 messages, I still haven’t received my goods (ordered a month ago, not even shipped yet) or any correspondence. Extremely annoyed and not sure how to get my money back. Really disappointed as I was recommended strictly static by a friend and was really excited for my products.

Placed an order on 19th December, have emailed and messaged them, no reply, no order recieved, no idea when the order will arrive but has been over a month now

I placed a order on 24th November , no order has been sent , got confirmation order no , I emailed them , sent messages no reply , no order had arrived £49 pounds where taken out the bank but unfortunately no good received On Saturday 21 st December my order arrived

I would just like to say that the service I received from strictly static was fantastic, I would definitely recommend the company and the product.
I will certainly will be using them again.

Placed my order on October 17th. It is November 19th and I still have not received my order. They have charged my card. Have emailed 4 times with no response. No phone number to call. Do not order from this company.

Order took over a month for “48hr” delivery
Numerous emails sent with no reply
When order arrived the printing quality was terrible still waiting for a reply

It’s all a scam, the company dissolved in January so why they are trading is strange! Another placing a order in August and yet to receive any correspondence about my order, I went onto Facebook where they post regularly and asked for a reply and within 20mins got a reply stating my order had been shipped etc, however I already put a claim in to PayPal, and within 30mins got another email saying my order had been cancelled, save your money and go else where, definitely a scam going on.

Posts about them going under have been removed from Facebook so that tells you a lot

31.08.24: I have reported this company to both HMRC and Norfolk Trading Standards

30.08.24: Be aware that this company was dissolved in January 2024 ( see Companies House for further details) yet are still taking orders and selling at shows - presumably selling off whatever stock that they have left.

I purchased a hoodie at the Motors British Motorshow in August that shrunk the first time that I washed it, and Strictly Static have not responded to my emails trying to exchange it - now that I've dug deeper and discovered that they have dissolved I know why

Same as other people. Ordered item, never recieved tracking, email confirmation subject said 7-10 days, body said up to 14, waited and had nothing.

Emailed their sales team and had no response, ended up charging back through my bank. Scam.

Placed order on april 27th, over 2 months on, multiple emails sent to chase it, not one reply and still no response and no order shipped confirmation

Brought from this company before had no problems apart from delivery but it came on a later date rather than the 48 hours they say (total scam) bought from them again april this year and have still not gotten my parcel even tho i’ve spent over £70 not including delivery so i got in touch with them and got told i had to re buy postage again which i did and i’ve only received a fee to pay letter from royal mail since the sender did not pay the postage absolute scam of a company and a waste of time wouldn’t recommend there’s definitely way better companies out there that won’t rip you off
