Stratstone - MINI Leeds Arvostelua

Amazing service!!!!
I went to MINI Leeds couple of days ago and was greeted by Dave. The service from walking in to walking out is nothing but 5*. I needed to order a part, however I came into the garage after parts department had closed but Dave said he would ask the parts department and call me back the following day. After not having great experiences in the past with car garages and not been called when I’ve been advised I would be; Dave called when he said he would. He gave me all the information I needed and told me Ryan from parts would ring me when the part arrived. So the day after the part arrived and Ryan called me to let me know and I could go in at my earliest convenience. I wasn’t expecting the delivery to be the next day!! They fitted my part for me as well. Thank you so much for the great service and I will be coming back for further services in the future ☺️ would highly recommend!!

Recieved great service when buying our new mini from Mini Leeds , We travelled from Warrington to buy a car from Leeds as our local dealership didn't seem too bothered wether we purchased or not so there loss.

I can highly recommend the service we recieved here and they couldn't be more helpful when we were constantly changing specification and asking for prices thanks in particular to Dave and Mike for there perseverance..

Muhammad and Michael were super helpful, kind and patient, from the phone call to assisting me when I popped by. The appointment was made very fast and problem solved right away, explaining everything very clearly. Top customer service. Thank you.

Think twice about buying, car needed new gearbox after 6 months, then new windscreen as not even fitted with a mini one, had MOT and health check no video as technician didn’t take one, he has since left(conveniently) 4 weeks after MOT after driving 90miles on the motorway we turned around on a side street for the back wheel to come off and the whole suspension collapsed, 10 mins earlier mini garage in Lytham who were excellent said we could have died on the motorway, Leeds mini accept no responsibility. Now solicitor involved so please think twice about buying from them.

I like to thank you for the keyring that you sent out to me not that long ago. And for the good service that I
got from you all.

Excellent customer service from everyone but big thanks to Mohammed who excelled with customer service skills - thank you. I had to have some repairs to my car after a visit to the Safari park, thanks for making what had been a stressful situation into a much better one - thanks 😊

Purchased my MINI from here several years ago now and it's always fantastic service. Got to give a special mention to Rhiannon. I had an MOT, service and also had a new service plan set up. Nothing is too much trouble for her and I'm always kept up to date with what's going on with my vehicle. She really is a star 🌟

Great service again from all at Mini Leeds.

Very good and helpful,

Great experience and helpful and attentive from start to finish.

My wife purchased her car from them and for the last 3 years they had been excellent, today for the mot they advised a brake fluid top up my wife said ok, she was then contacted saying it required new discs and pads at £900, what a shock and offered finance, she called me and I said no, the car passed the mot, on payment she was charged £70 for brake fluid, this is absolutely disgusting how can a car pass an mot if the brakes are no good and they still charge £70 for brake fluid, we have lost all trust in them and will never use them again

All work done on time and professionally handled from customer support to technical work on the car.

very good service

It was recall for my egr changing. I've picked up my car fixed and cleaned.

Rang to book car in for emissions problem, fitted me in first thing next morning. Lady very helpful on the phone. Jamie at service reception desk very helpful too. Kept in contact throughout, collected car later that day and it had even had a wash, thank you!

Excellent, friendly, car was pristine and to a very high standard when collected.
