The customer service personnel are very welcoming and accommodating.
The customer service team were able to receive my car on a flatbed in my absence and were accommodating of my needs.

What can I say absolute pleasure and benchmark excellence for service. Shante-Lee was professional and helpful from the beginning to end and even arranged for the car to be dropped off saving me time commuting back to the landrover centre. The whole team at Tottenham are courteous, professional and a delight to engage with. I’d go as far as saying this experience has made me confident in the aftercare I will receive after buying my landrover from new. Well done.

This place used to be good service
This place used to be good service , now it’s awful. You can never speak to the service department only the receptionist. I have had to cancel the service of my boss’s vehicle because I requested a pro forma invoice 4 times! And I never received it. It’s a £1,600 service. I explained that I need proof of this so it can be authorised. If I was calling for a new car enquiry, would be a different story. There’s no apology either, all I got was “i understand” laughable.
Just don’t bother! Go to tunbridge or the other strattstone dealership in north London. This place is so disappointing. Waste of time

I took my car for servicing and…
I took my car for servicing and received excellent customer service from Shantalee. She was engaging, smiling, warm and very helpful. Shantalee also sorted out my faulty key due to a mix up with an old key on 15th Oct which could have cost £2K to replace. Shantalee is simply awesome and I will definitely come back again because of her great customer care skills. Thanks Shantalee. You’re a star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So so bad
So so bad. Went to drop my car for service. The somewhat scruffy receptionist looks up, takes details then guides me to the 4 service advisors. I go towards them and no one looks up to greet or acknowledge. One female blurts out ‘registration number?’
So I walk towards her to sign the papers but a ‘hello’ would not have killed her. She warmed up later but the whole mood had been ruined by now. I’ve been to many top end garages for my car purchases and service needs but this place is the worst!
Whoever is in charge needs firing for not training and ensuring the staff are trained to reflect the high end brand they represent!
Lastly, if you try calling them, then forget about it. Be quicker to get a reply by post !!

Polite and professional, helpful when you can get to speak to someone, but the preferred method of communication is by automated SMS messages which are often not clear. Staff can be difficult to get hold of by phone.
