Stratstone - Land Rover Tottenham Service Centre Arvostelua 

Collection and delivery great for me. Car cleaned afterwards. Service completed within timescale indicated.

Very efficient communication re cost and progress and very quick service. Extremely helpful when dealing with a payment issue, which was resolved very efficiently and with great patience.

Terrible, you get better service buying a can of coke than from Stratstone London. There are no admin staff to pick up the phone so booking in your car takes around 2 weeks if you call 20 times a day. Invoicing was incorrect, I was charged £300 for a 30 second in person diagnosis when they told me I would not be charged for this, but only sent a payment link to release my car with no invoice details until after I had paid. Impossible to get a refund as they don't pick up the phone. No courtesy cars available during service and the complimentary pick up and delivery service is not offered, so unless you know to ask about this, you won't get it. The whole experience makes me resent owning a Land Rover.

Very good customer care and attention

I had a very positive experience with the team at Land Rover Stratstone Tottenham. The customer service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy to understand. I especially appreciated the aftercare service and support provided, as they made sure I was fully informed and satisfied even after the service was completed. Great attention to customer care and highly recommended.

There was a delay in repairing my car so Stratstone offered to get a driver to drop my car off at my home address. The driver, Aziz, was very courteous and provided helpful updates on delivery time etc. Great service!

On the 17th of March I brought in my Range Rover to have a right hand side mirror replaced. I ve spent more that 1000 £

I drove my car back home and parked it. After 1 month without driving my car I realised that the right door is not aligned anymore and it is forcing to open and close.

I assume something has happened during the job they did because the door was perfect before. By. the way tried to contract them by phone and wrote many email . Still no reply from them .. Terrible service

Answering the telephone would be an improvement in the device dept.
Key blades ordered with the new keys still not arrived after 3 weeks (13 1April) and service cannot inform me of time line as the supplier cannot provide them with expected delivery dates.

On a trip over from Germany, where I live, my Velar suddenly decided to show a red engine problem light 🤯. Managed to crawl the car to Statstones Tottenham workshop where Keeley and her team did their very best to get me back on the road. Sadly the problem wasn’t quite as easy as expected and it took a little bit longer than we thought. Throughout the whole process communication was open and honest, and for me the whole experience, stressful as it was, was made comfortable by the way the staff handled me. After leaving the car there, Omar even gave me a ride free of charge to the local tube station where I could continue my journey. My car has now been picked up and it is making its way back to Germany. Thank you, Stratstone Tottenham team.
