Very poor customer service! They don't communicate or update you on your orders. I ordered something a month ago and still have not received my order. As soon as I said I wanted to cancel my order they got back to me fast and said they were having issues with email confirmation. They sure are fast on taking your money though!

I bought a PS4 from storeenvy well a seller named “johnstore99” even if you google it now and click the link it just takes you back to store envy. Made the purchase received a confirm purchase email. Within hours the profile was gone no shipping info. So I made a complaint with PayPal and they said it was delivered and gave me a tracking number. He was some how able to send something maybe just a box to some random location in the same city to say it was delivered but here’s the kicker. I called ups to inform them I hadn’t received my package and when I gave them the tracking number they said it wasn’t issued to my name or address and that they can’t give me any info. So after a long process with PayPal they said all they needed was confirmation that I didn’t received but UPS said they can not email or call them with that info. Store envy is a scam site. And use fedex or amazon prime shipping if u can because UPS is horrible if you don’t get your package your just out of luck

I wouldn't give a star at all if I didn't have to. Save your money. This company sends an email that you can't answer. There is no way to contact the seller without going back through the website and even then it's hard to find. Item was ordered on July 29th and not received until Aug. 20th. When I did finally receive the necklace from #Artisan jewelry gifts it was a P.O.S. It was supposed to be 16" and it was 18". The gold wings were smaller than a pea and I paid good money for a piece of crap.

If I could I would give a zero. I ordered the DVD Song of the South. I had different choices, but when I chose the best one what I got was a pirated version of an original pirated version. It was awful and cost almost $18.00. I know that seems small compared to possible $200 +. I think everything should be honest in business and personal relations. Storenvy does not put out the trash when it comes to the people that are out for a buck with less then honest trade. They are not Amazon for sure! My item came from Elvis DVDs & Movies Store,but in reading these reviews I am afraid their Storenvy does not care. They do not have a point of contact so they can correct this internally. They just do not care and they will loose their income because people do not know where to voice their displeasure and get results.

Ordered Air pods from Storenvy rec'd conf with order #. a month later..no airpods and can't contact Storenvy. The conf stated the sir pods would ship frm Pechno Pods. Finally made contact with Pechno and was advised they had no order and that I had been scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I've disputed the charge and waiting on a refund!!

I bought a shirt for myself and my 4 year son for Pride Utah, in May and I still have not received my order. I have emailed the contact multiple times with only one response that they will look into it. This is extremely frustrating. I think I am at the point of disputing the charge, but it shouldn't have come to that. I hate getting screwed over by businesses like this. You should have more integrity and ensure you can supply the products you are selling.

Please save yourself!!!!!!!! You will get your product like a month later. Once you get it, it looks nothing like the picture. Oh! you want to return it? a big joke, there is no one available at customer service. Basically the worst online purchase I have made in my entire life.

Terrible. They don’t have the items you actually order and then they only offer you to pick a different item rather than a refund. I didn’t like anything else in store. Poor communication, poor website as they let you buy things they no longer have.

I ordered a soccer jersey, it was an easy process and was delivered in about a week. I was able to email the vendor to confirm delivery information and track the shipment. The jersey is great and at much better price than anywhere else.

Purchased what was supposed to be a prom gown and recieved a cheap knockoff costume.
Storenvy refused to get involved. Seller offered $24 refund toward my $200+ purchase. Both suggested I resell the junk item with their stock photos (essentially advising me to scam someone else like I was. Um, no.)

I should have known better- I did but I was trying to save money & still have a beautiful dress for my daughter. Instead this was/is a nightmare.

Thank goodness we took screenshots of their empty return section & had an email we sent to verify if the dress was bad, we could return it for a full refund bcs they updated the return policy the day after we purchased.

Paypal now requires the buyer pay for shipping & the seller was betting on me not paying the extreme shipping cost back to China. Paypal will refund up to $30 & USPS shipping was $75. The seller kept saying they only accept FedEx (which was $130 to ship) - Paypal said any return with tracking was acceptable.

The service (lack there of) from both the seller and the company was horrendous. They kept sending responses that were incomplete, illegible, and screamed of fraud.

They know people are trying to save money and prey on that.

STAY AWAY.

I have ordered a dress. The quality was so bad that I have sent pictures asking for return and full refund. There are pins on the dress. Seams and finishes are not done properly. The answer was they were just accepting a 5% refund of total costs as this was a small problem according to them. When I complained that I was not satisfied with their proposal, they just sent me an email asking me to calm down. They just don't care about their customers. It is a pity and I will ensure not to purchase anything on their website anymore. Be careful when you use this company. They are just a nightmare!

Somebody needs to take this website down they just let other people post whatever and so whatever and they take no accountability for you losing your money when the seller decides they wanted bail after they've accepted your money and not sent out any product I waited two months for Jersey for my son and got but an email from Storenvy saying that they don't take accountability for other people selling on their website and I have to contact my bank my learned experience spend the extra money if it's too cheap

The quality of the product is horrific and it takes weeks to receive your order. Waste of money I'd never order again

Unlike Etsy or eBay, the sellers on StoreEnvy do not have feedback ratings. They can take your money, ignore you, string you along that your purchase is coming and nothing can happen for months. This has been my first, only and last experience with StoreEnvy. Doing research, I'm discovering this is a common occurrence on StoreEnvy and will be making sure I never purchase anything from one of their storefronts.

Stick to Etsy or eBay, my friends. They're built on customer satisfaction so no need to worry about getting your money stolen by fakers.

I made a purchase from a so-called- store name nail graph world, and never received my purchase. this website is awful, awful.

If i could give this a no star i would !! this company is a complete joke and so are the sellers that fake the us base and everything comes from "china" you get wrong estimate of timing and Garbage clothing !! save you time and your money !! to many great sites to waste your time on this Scam of a site. I will be report BBB" ASAP they need to be shut down! SCAM !! BE SMART READ THE REVIEWS !!!!!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with ordering something online. It took 2 months to finally get it. And when I did get my bridesmaids dress it was 2 sizes to big. I gave them my exact measurements and my size as well just in case. I had to end up getting a different dress for the wedding. To top it off, I asked for a refund for the dress and they tried to give me excuses like it would cost me more money to send it back. I will never buy from this store ever again and I am out now $140 because of this horrible experience.

Worst place ever to buy something at. Order my husband sweatshirt from here took them 2 weeks to ship it and that took them 35/40 days to get here. Than I got some pathetic little dude emailing some rude crap and telling me I should do this and do that. Never ordering from here again. I would stay clear away if you are looking to order from you. Takes forever to get here and the tracking is horrible.

Have anyone ordered from fashiondressee before I found the perfect wedding dress on here but I'm so scared to order it because there is no reviews

I ordered on this site because a friend of mine orders from here all the time and love the things she gets. I ordered and took them 2 weeks to ship the item. Then when I track the shipping it saids not allowed to track item. Probably to hide the fact they lied in their about me saying they are from Massachusetts but when I see the tracking ending with CN found it’s from China since usually all my packages from Asia ends with CN and obviously is not a USPS. This is a scam because they lie about the location plus never answer the messages. There’re stores that are inactive and if you pay you’ll lose your money if you pay with PayPal you have to report with them and if it’s was with your bank report to them. Not like eBay where you easily report and get your money fast. eBay is 100 times safer and that’s a lot to say.

The store I ordered from is called storecute they are from China NOT Massachusetts. If they lie about something simple they can lie about other things including items.
