I bought a dress that looked really nice with a decent material so I purchased it and waited for 4 weeks and today I finally received it. I was excited to open it and try it on. As soon as I opened it, I was so disappointed, angry and mad at myself that why I trusted this website!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES IS COMPLETELY FALSE!!

Was reading the comment complaints of Storenvy and I want to know why people are taking their complaints out on Storenvy? Because Storenvy is just the platform for businesses to have there online store and if people are having bad experiences then people should be contacting the individual store you bought a product from. This in no way makes Storenvy a scam. I think it's bad to be giving money to anyone and not get what you paid for. If they promised an email confirmation then they need to deliver what was promised. As a store owner myself, I believe in customer service and giving a customer what they paid for. I see this all the time people wanting to take their complaints out on the platform instead of the business they bought the product from and not reading the individual store's fine print and policies.

IF I could give a NO STAR that is what they would get. They are a scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! Order something Oct 27, 2019. Have not received it yet. EMailed to Storenvy and they said shipper would email me. I did not receive and email. I asked for them to send me the email that they had gotten. I email the person and no response. BAD DEAL

I went to one the stores on storenvy that had a black Friday sale, all the items had a discount on them and of about 30%, when I went to check out the discounts did not follow through. I contacted storenvy about it and it took a few days to get back to me for them to say they can't do anything about it. Talk to the person I got the items from and he said he could not help so I told that to storenvy and they gave me some excuse how it was on a different store link they the store link and that's why it happens and left it at that. The discount were on the page I was sent to and even if there was a special link they then should not have shown the discount on the web page I was on. There us no protection for the customer here what so ever.

3 weeks ago was charged for the item. Still has not shipped. I have sent at least 4 messages asking when the item would ship.
No answers.
Called AMEX to dispute the charge,

Do NOT order from this site. Been almost two months. No reply from the shop, and the Storenvy site is no help. Total scam.

Scam, bank blocked transactions after they tried to take several payments instead of one. Do not shop here!

If I could give stonenvy no stars, I would. The website is a scam. I ordered and paid for a dvd but never received it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they never responded to them. It's unfortunate that businesses like this exist. Please do not buy from them!

We bought a dress and a completely different dress was sent. They cannot communicate about a return because they aren't speaking proper English. Sigh! Big mistake ordering from Storenvy!

Do not order on this website ! Their stores are scams !! I lost 200$ ordering on this website because the seller was a scam !! And they don't want to refund me !!

I bought several times from Storenvy . Electronics, most recently, WIFI headphones. I always get my products. In different periods did not exceed one month.
OK ! About myself . I have a good experience with Storenvy

I ordered a keychain from this company 2 months ago. I even paid the extra shipping cost to get it in time for my anniversary. I have tried to reach out to the company and never get a response. I am doing a chargeback for my money today. I will never be ordering from this company again and I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing anything from this website or store.

Jessicarsgoods20019 Store tried to rob me FRAUD

unfortunate Storenvy Jessicarsgoods20019 tried to rob me $3000 plus hidden fees with a fake Samsung QLED 8K TV ad and never responded emails and nobody took responsibility, I demanded my full refund for a long process through my bank. I got my money back finally. DON"T TRUST ON STORENVY, thanks

This is baaaaadddd. I mean not even a star should get.

I had 2 orders on this site for 2 different shops. One of them didn't bother to put the package until after a week or so and didn't advertise that they are not available or have time to manage the store to give to a customer who buys something from them and pays the stuff instantly, some sort of notice. The second shop, was quite fast ''sending it'' (saying that, if they really send it), because after 3 months the package still didn't showed up and after asking for a refund, that too still doesn't shows up in my account.

A very bad thing is that you can't leave a feedback to know everyone who gets in that store, how was your experience with them. They are not visible for public, because if you leave a rating for the service provided, it will end up just informing the seller about it and that's it. Like, why would they care about if they scam you and you give low stars if they are not visible.

So, think twice if you want to buy something from those stores, because you might end up with nothing or if you're lucky you'll get your stuff after months of waiting.

Ordered 3 months ago... still nothing. What a scam!!

I pre-ordered a manjuu on June 2018, and I received an e-mail that said it was shipped in July. Months passed and in October i contacted the seller because I didn't received it yet. They were kind and said to wait a little bit more, that the order was on its way. When I contacted them two months later, they said they messed up with the mail list and asked for my address once again. I kept on contacting them every two months, when in March they suddenly stopped answering me. I've been trying to contact them via Storenvy and socials (where they are very active) for ages, but they still won't answer. I contacted Storenvy but it was pointless, and I can't even rate the seller or ask for a refund

I ordered a dress on this site from patdress. be VERY CAREFUL in ordering from them. I received the wrong dress and they will not offer me a refund or an exchange. I have contacted them several times to try to work things out and they have stopped responding. I will never order from that brand or on this site again. I am out $170 with a dress I did not order in the first place. Buyer beware!!!

Fraudsters! I have not received my order or my money back since January 2019. Instead of new balance shoes, I received glasses. Despite numerous e-mails and admission of wrong shipping, the company has not wanted to accept my complaint for 6 months. They are scammers and tricksters.

I new once i saw those ps4 for cheap i new it was a scam
