Storenvy Arvostelua 

The website features different sellers that all handle and ship directly from their home, just like Etsy.
As such, as a buyer, you gotta do your own research on the shop itself, and don't treat the whole of Storenvy as one big shop because it's not. One seller might be horrible, the next ten are great!
I've made only positive experiences buying from Storenvy and all sellers were very nice and professional. In cases of problems I was always helped fast and have no complaints.
The company itself comes across as money-hungry though and I know I'll never open my own shop there! They charge the seller 10% of the proceed, AND on top of that the buyer is also charged a "handling fee", whatever that is!

I bought a vinyl record and they never sent it. I contacted the customer service and It took 3 weeks and multiple emails for a response. I did eventually get a refund.

Got stylish shoes i love at a very good price. It took a month for them to reach me but after reading the reviews here i'm just relieved my item arrived at all. The seller was Daisy Dress for Less.

This legitimately deserves no stars but that is obviously not possibly. I Blame myself not doing research before buying, but i was in desperate need of a new phone. I had ordered the phone and realized that there was no real information on where it was getting shipped from, how it was coming you know standard information that comes with ordering an item. I had waited about a day or two and still didn't get any information so i did the logical thing and contacted the someone for help. Now they state on there site to contact the seller before you contact the actual site so that is what i proceeded to do. Unfortunately, the seller did not respond after multiple attempts at reaching out to them, so then i try contacting Stonenvy themselves and still did not get any reminisce of a response. I dont want to out right bash the site because there might actually be some reputable sellers on there but, in terms of contacting and conflict resolution this is not something they seem to have any interest in. I hate to say this but the site is not worth losing time over, i had to stake a claim to my bank and well see if this can get resolved because im not losing out on the amount of money i spent for people that are indecent enough to try and scam hard working people of there money.

This review is specific to the seller: Prettyladydress. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything from her!! I bought a 200 dollar dress, and a week later even received an email with a tracking number which never ended up working. (Whenever I entered the number the site simply said "this tracking number does not exist") Even as weeks and weeks passed, when I tried to contact the seller prettyladydress at her store email "shuiruyan786@outlook" ... no responses in return
She was interested in my money and once she had that... nothing.
Really disappointing and frustrating.
I understand not all sellers on storenvy are that way, just learn from my mistake and AVOID prettyladydress

NO STARS are appropriate for this company! I placed my order with Jenh Toys in November and have not been able to connect with anyone as to WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! I will report both companies ~ Jehn Toys and Storenvy, to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest all others do the same.

I ordered from a seller on storeenvy. It's been two months and I still havent recieved my item supposedly shipped from China via sunyou shipping. I contacted cutims via email and was told they had no record of my tracking number, and that it was fraud. I am upset cause I contacted the seller...no response, and I contacted storenvy....no response as well. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING.....

I ordered white boots and I waited for a long time. I got them and when I got them they were the wrong boots. I don't think it's right to order one pair and get something different.

I ordered shoes thru Superstar through Storenvy and received a pair of fake Jordan Nikes and spent quite a bit of money for them. Not happy beware of Superstar through Storenvy they are not legit

Do NOT use this place. I ordered shoes for my son. The shoes were supposed to be shipped from China to my address in Indiana. However, they were shipped to an address in Santa Clara, California and I am out $100. This place is a scam.

After reading all the terrible reviews I went against my gut and gave this place a try. Unfortunately the reviews were correct. I never received any sort of shipping info. Only a receipt for the amount they charged. I reached out to the seller and store by twice and no response. Finally after a 3rd time they responded. My refund and issue is still yet to be resolved. PLEASE DO NOT USE STORENVY.

I ordered Blue Green Pantyhose in September. I wanted them for Halloween. Second week of November, a package was delivered, but pantyhose was PINK. Too late and very wrong color!!!!

Never got correct product, store envy tried to contact shop but ultimately no result.

I ordered a dress online, when it arrived it was not the same as the picture, the one online was really cool and backless and when it arrived it was a different shape at back, very shiny saying with sequins , on the picture it showed no sequins and a nice mat material. Very disappointing as it took two weeks to arrive. I would not order again.

Bought a digital game download and the seller literally sends you a pirated game from a mega.nz to download.

Card declined on first purchase - Stripe blocked by my bank. Get a processor that works with regular financial institutions because this mess makes you look all kinds of shady.

I think too many abandoned store but storenvy never give some act to those stores.
And too many people put an order, but the store never process it.
It makes storenvy become ghost marketplace. Some store active but they're being haunted by another abandoned store.

So, most people doubt to buy from real active store.
Doubt it.. storenvy is dying.

I close my store on storenvy coz that problem.
and I focus sell on rebelsmarket(dotcom)

this store ships directly from the sellers similar to etsy, so there can be a lot of variety in buying experience. most sellers are fantastic and ship quickly and describe their products very accurately, but it is possible to get sellers who take a long while to ship. i had this issue once, contacted customer support, and the storenvy staff were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. I've bought from this site for years and I love it, I would definitely recommend it.

Hello everyone, i am sorry you have had bad experiences on Storenvy. I have recently started using this platform for my business and honestly whoever you were dealing with obviously does not take their business or customers seriously. Customer service should be a businesses top priority. Please don't assume all stores on Storenvy are fake and will rip you off. I take my business very seriously and it's a shame some horrible scammers have to ruin it for legitimate businesses. Thank you all and have a great day.

I recommend this store. Why recommend it? Because they do their job well, the quality of the products is exceptional and they are very fast with dressing your size and fast delivery.
