It's okhay but you need wait for a month before you can use community market.

Always do lot of sale. Worst support ever.

Useless support as always!

I love steam, fast and easy but a year old game doesn't change in price. I recently was going buy Mad Max off steam but I was watching Jack Frags on YouTube and his G2A ad. I went to g2a and got a steam key for under $12 in 3 minutes through PayPal. Always check G2A

Jeg er så ærgeligt over min oplevelse med support. Havde returneret et spil få timer efter jeg havde købt det fordi min pc. Ikke kunne trække det. Refunderingen går igennem og de siger jeg får mine penge inden for 14 dage. Det har jeg så ikke fået og oven i det har de lige trukket samme beløb igen. Så har betalt dobbelt op for et spil de har trukket tilbage.. øv for en sur oplevelse!!! :(

The platform itself grows and gets better with every year. But has some problems.
Good things:
1. Protection grows bigger ensuring best protection of customers, excluding the customers own mistakes.
2. Huge library of products of any kind with access from anywhere anytime.
3. Customer defense. You can return a product with minimal effort if its quality is not like developer assured you in 14 day time frame.
4. Growing functions and possibilities. Always something new that makes your experience with Steam better.
5. Sales. They are not afraid of them. They even love them. Every year at least 2 major sales with up to -98% discounts on thousands of products.
Bad things:
1. Steam Support is a bit slow on work, and not always of help.
2. Region Policy is a bit off in some countries demanding a huge sum for products and even keeping them locked to that region anyway, no matter the region economy.
3. Some of the old functions are left half-way to perfection making tham even unusable in some situations(non-steam game overlay is forced on, user location is missing towns, etc.)

Einfach zu bedienen. Leicht bezahlbar und unkompliziert.

Die Plattform selber ist mit den Jahren immer besser und stabiler geworden, jedoch ist der Support mehr als unterirdisch schlecht. Eine Anfrage gestellt und mehrmals Textbausteine als Antwort erhalten, auf das Problem wurde nicht eingegangen.

Viele Zahlungsarten und die Games sind direkt im Account. Warum bei Giropay ein Fehler kommt und ich mich an den Service wenden soll, keine Ahnung.

Steam is the biggest PC gaming platform without a doubt. A power which could be abused but Steam for the most part doesn't. Overall a definite download for any moden digital age PC gamer.

It must be said however that the Support is absolutely abysmal. With responses having the ability to take weeks if even answered at all.

Their recent change in refund policy is nice, but still a bummer for mis-purchases done before the release. Which do not get refunded since they have been purchased "more than 2 weeks ago".

steam har en support men som de ikke bruger på en ordenlig måde hvis man få stjålet items og rapportere ham der har gjort det sker der ingenting.det er lidt meningsløst at rapportere en hvis personen ikke har gjort noget men da man rapportere en for hack eller andre sager kunne de godt tage at læse rapporten.

bin knapp 10 Jahre bei Steam, Nie Probleme, was nervt sind die Server. Die sind eindeutig zu schwach. Preis sind sehr Gut und der Service brauch etwas länger aber bei mehr als 10 Millionen Kunden ist das auch kein wunder.

Die können scheinbar gar kein Deutsch, ich blieb sachlich und objektiv und wurde gebannt weil irgend ein Idiot mich gemeldet hat, die prüfen das wohl gar nicht sondern klicken es einfach "Bannen" weg. Wer gebannt ist kann sich ja nicht mehr beschweren ;)

Ganz schlechte Community kein Verständnis für Grundrechte, keine Meinungsfreiheit, kein gar nichts, ein Haufen von verlogenen Leuten.

When you pay for a program, you expect it too work. cant not buy or anything and have written to valve. but there is not a being done a damn thing abut it..

I bought my first game "Dead Island Riptide" from OnlineKeyStore and they delivered quickly. Guaranted a firm!
