I had a great experience with Squarespace while setting up my website. The process came with a few challenges, but their support team was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to assist me, answer my questions, and guide me whenever I needed help.
I really appreciate the support and professionalism I received. Setting up a website can be overwhelming, especially when you’re doing it for your business, but Squarespace made the process much easier. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Squarespace to anyone looking to build a professional website.

I was locked out of my paid business…
The initial support I received was frustrating and not very helpful, but after escalating the issue, Squarespace ultimately resolved it and issued a full refund\. I appreciate that they took the time to make things right\.

Great product!
For someone with a little bit of tech knowledge who doesn’t want to spend lots of time and mental energy on a website build, Square Space is perfect! It’s intuitive, easy to use and there are lots of helpful articles and videos if needed. It’s priced right and they have fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend!

Great help, fast assistance, and quick resolution. However, not happy that Admin can no longer reset staff passwords directly, as this adds extra steps and slows down urgent work.
