I wasted over 15 minutes in an endless loop with your chatbot. When I was finally transferred to a real person, they told me they were about to end their shift and passed me to another person, and he solved the problem in under 5 minutes.
Your chatbots are worthless.
Cut them out and use real people.

Quick and helpful customer service. Instructional videos and templates are fairly easy to navigate.

Overall, it was a great experience. The only problem was initially to get somebody to respond to me and finding the correct path to get support, but once I found that the support was amazing.

Not being able to talk to a human to get quick straight answers so much waisted time very frustrating. Other then that I like Squarespace.

The available templates and initial setup are a dream. Stay on top of the SSL certificate errors and set it up manually if you opt for a third-party domain with Squarespace as the host. I went 3 weeks with everything set up perfectly, but I kept getting a common SSL certificate error because I wanted my domain to remain with GoDaddy. I contacted support every few days but never resolved the issue with them. I had to resolve the issue on my own.

I appreciated customer service via chat, which was convenient and thorough.

I can't say what it's like to build a site on squarespace, I didn't use it that way. I did buy a domain name through them and connected it to a site I built through google sites. I found the process of connecting the domain name to the site to be extremely difficult and not intuitive at all. It's not impossible to do, but if you do this, save yourself the hassle of figuring it out yourself, and get help through their chat assisstance function. The chat function was relatively easy to use and the person who helped me did a good job of helping me complete the steps I needed to do and they waited patiently as I did them.

I wish the process was easier and intuitive so I could have done it myself, I also don't care for the AI functions, but that's my personal preference.

It took several days to get things started, but once going, it went very smoothly and quickly.

I had contact with four Squarespace representatives, and each one was terrific. It's unusual to find customer service at this level. Everyone was prompt, informative, and supportive. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

The response to my contact was quick but did not come with a quick solution. In fact, I never got a solution from tech support. It was taking too long to get any type of solution that I went ahead and deleted the page that was giving me problems and then spent the time needed to replace that page.

I have been having an extremely difficult time making a basic landing page ( or home page). I paid for a full year subscription in June. 2 1/2 months into my yearly subscription, I accomplished very little, after spending countless hours going around in circles.
I will spend a few more hours this coming week and see if I complete this ONE TASK.

Most good, but I can’t seem to save the changes I made to seo. Keep seeing old company name even after making changes twice and saving them. Love to give 10/10 but for this it’s a 9/10
