Customer support saved my domain sanity
God, getting my custom domain to point where it was supposed to right before a pop-up had me ready to throw my laptop out the Brooklyn window while sitting on the living room floor surrounded by tape. Their support agent actually stayed with me through the DNS headache until it finally cooperated. Mobile editing is still a total nightmare to sort out, I won't lie. But checkouts don't crash when inventory moves fast, and honestly, that's half the battle.

Personable and reassuring customer service
Customer service was personable and reassuring as I transitioned away from my legacy business account, to a basic account. He continuously answered my incessant and anxious questions no matter how many times I repeated them. I’ve been with Squarespace a long time, and it hasn’t failed me yet.

Monthly charge issue hopefully corrected
My granson has been using you guys for his business for a year or so. I let him use my charge card to start the process and then he changed to his own card in the system. Unfortunately that didn't keep my card from being charged and that was the case for over a year. He tried several times to change that to no avail.
Finally last month or so I emailed customer service to try and deal with it myself. Hopefully it was taken care of and the card change was made because so far I have not received a charge for September and I hope it is taken care of.

It used to be good. But now I can't contact an actual human any more... just a totally useless AI chatbot. God, what a terrible experience.
