Need to be able to talk to a LIVE PERSON to get customer service. Not to wait on a bot who isn't helpful, and then it took 3 days to get my email set up because via email it took hours for each response and NO HELP. If I had known I couldn't talk to a person for help I would have not have moved my site to you. Horrible service.

There's no one for me to talk to
There's no one for me to talk to. I can only try to resolve my issue on chat or email and they're never quick to respond. This has been going on for over a week and we still don't have resolution on my domain verification.

Terrible support - simple issue, zero resolution
Contacted support about a simple web form issue and flagged that it was urgent because the form was being used for webinar registrations.
Support assured me they would treat it as a priority. I followed up twice, but six hours later there was still no resolution — in fact, they never resolved the issue at all.
The result? We missed out on potential webinar attendees because people couldn’t register.
I understand that technical issues happen, but if you tell a customer something is being treated as a priority, you should at least provide a resolution or a workable alternative. Six hours with no solution on something directly affecting registrations is simply unacceptable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I switched from Go Daddy because I thought they would be better, but my email hasn't been working since I switched THREE DAYS AGO and I have spent HOURS trying to get them to help me, but they take hours to get back to me each time but still never fix my email! I can't work without email. It is wrong. Horrible business, and I wished I had not used them!

Not Very Good Support
Although I am finally happy with my webpage, creating it was not at all intuitive. Again, my biggest frustration was not being able to get help by speaking with a human support person. It was a hair pulling experience .
