I’ve been trying to get a favicon issue…
I’ve been trying to get a favicon issue fixed on my Squarespace site for almost a year. It displays pixelated and at the wrong size, which matters more than it might sound: my business is design and branding, so an unpolished favicon actively undermines the impression I’m trying to give clients.
A few days ago I contacted support again. The rep I spoke with said he’d escalate it by email to technical support and that they’d follow up with me. I replied to that email right away. Since then, silence, no response from technical support at all.
This isn’t the first time it’s been raised. It’s been reported multiple times over close to a year with no fix and no consistent follow-through, just another promise to escalate that goes nowhere. At this point I’d like it actually resolved, not escalated again and dropped.

The variety of your customer service…
The variety of your customer service agents leave something to be desired, somewhere amazingly helpful and try very hard to solve my problem and others were flipping. My problem is still not solved so hence the one star rating.

I needed access back to my domains fast as I locked myself out of my account and the service from logging a request to getting access back was a day and a half. For me its the urgent, speedy and polite service that makes me give Squarespace a 5 star. Thanks!

He was both knowledgeable and patient, especially when I fed him wrong information.
