Springfree Trampoline Arvostelua 

I recently purchased a 5-year-old used Springfree Oval Trampoline 8" x 12", and I couldn't be happier! Apart from a thorough cleaning of the mesh net, it required no additional adjustments. It has been an absolute blast for both kids and adults alike. What's truly impressive is how well it has held up over the years – it's a testament to the quality of this trampoline.
It's not only provided endless fun but also helped us stay active and in great shape.
Although I must admit that the assembly and disassembly process is not the easiest, I discovered a fantastic hack. Applying a mixture of water and dishwashing liquid to the fiberglass rods along with the wheel ends made it much smoother and easier to control.
The mesh can be easily cleaned with a Karcher

So disappointed in this company. We invested in a trampoline thinking that we’d buy a decent quality item but after six months use we started having problems. The trampoline issue over two years old and totally unsafe to use. Three springs have worked themselves loose, bits of plastic have snapped off from the frame. I emailed the company a number of times but my emails are ignored. So much for a ten year guarantee on the frame! I don’t know if we were just unlucky, but so unimpressed with how the company is handling complaints (by totally ignoring the correspondence!) Not sure what to do next, prob have to go through small claims?

Very happy with the customer service. I'd lost a couple of parts which they promptly sent out to me. The trampoline has been great over the years and this was the first time I'd sought assistance.

Fantastic trampoline. Great fun and the children love it. We have a 10’ round trampoline in a fairly small garden which gives us the biggest ‘bouncing area’ compared to other trampolines with padding around them in our small space. Feels very safe too.
The product itself would be 5 stars but supply was very slow and we’d actually ordered an oval trampoline which became unavailable but this was in Spring/Summer 2021 when supply chains were struggling. We were kept reasonably well informed on progress and felt the company was fair overall given the circumstances. Also we bought the cover to use over winter with ours and it is a nuisance having to clear water off this every time it rains! However maybe we can works out a way to avoid this next year.

I would avoid buying anything from this company. They really messed me around. There are other companies selling the same product who I would go to first. The customer service was very poor for the following reasons:

1. Nobody available to answer the phone for hours. It took till 3pm to get to speak to someone.
2. Online chat not staffed despite saying the function is available.
3. I was advised the trampoline that I ordered was going to be delivered, so I took the day off work to be available, nobody arrived. When I rang the company (took many hours to get to speak to someone) they advised that it should not have been booked because the item had not arrived in the UK yet! Apparently the person who booked it had only just started with the company so just shows the level of staff training!

This company wasted a lot of my time and gave a very poor customer service despite me spending nearly £2000. I would never buy anything from them again.
