I would not even give it 1 star, they signed me upto premium without even asking said I did it never have never will, and no 1 has been on my fone, then the customer service kathik barthak was less than helpful, just said you signed up for it so that's it, then said if he doesn't answer next reply he will put me onto someone else. Absolutely descusting, police need to investigate this company and the people it has working for it

Es kommen ständig die gleichen 2 Werbespots für einen bezahlten Account und Spotyfy Mix. Zudem drängt die KI zu Musik die ich nicht hören möchte. Spotyfy ist für mich nun ein NoGo

Ik was heel tevreden over spotify maar toen ik gisteren een bericht kreeg dat het abonnement opnieuw duurder werd heb ik het onmiddellijk opgezegd. Er zijn grenzen, bestuurders van spotify.... sorry....

En plus d'avoir des pubs toutes les 2 musique, il n’y a pas de remboursement possible même pour annulation d’un abonnement, dans les 7 jours. À par le 3 mois de Spotify premium gratuit pendant 3 mois ( et encore) c’est une application à bannir

Seit vielen Jahren bei Spotify, anfangs zu einem fairen vertretbaren Preis sogar Premium Nutzer gewesen - ittlerweile aber zu teuer geworden - und dafür auch zu viel KI Inhalte die nicht entsprechend kenntllich gemacht werden, nervig. Die kostenlose Version nutze ich nun nur noch beim Autofahren, hier nervt aber die ständige Werbung, insbesondere wird hier Spotifypremium beworben, kaum Werbung für irgendwas anderes .. zahlt wohl niemand, da das eh keinen juckt und nicht im Kopf bleibt..
Andere Anbieter (amazon, deezer, etc) haben ihre eigenen Probleme.. bei amazon gefallen mir die Vorschläge nicht, Deezer hängt sich immer wieder auf insbesondere bei Android Auto, und preislich auch beide zu abgehoben .. Ich bin Gelegenheitsnutzer, dafür sind mir alle anbieter zu teuer ..

Als Anregung:
Wäre toll wenn man ein Premium Mini Abo haben könnte, mit vielleicht einer Begrenzung an Stunden pro Monat zu einem Preis von deutlich unter 10€/Mon. Es gibt auch Menschen die nicht jeden Tag mehrere Stunden Musik hören - es ist ja schön das Spotify mich im Premium Abo vermisst - aber dann macht die Preise attraktiver.

Gäbe es hier eine günstige Option würde ich zurückkehren .. Aber vielleicht schnappt sich ein anderer Anbieter diese Marktlücke..

Everything about the platform is a conjob. Why create playlists... because you like songs? Yet the Spotify so-called shuffle is a joke! If your playlist is 50 songs knock yourself out. If it's 4000+ songs...be prepared to hear 50 songs over and over. The Spotify Shuffle, Smart Shuffle, Auto Shuffle, Fewer Repeats radio button or other so-called shuffle "technology" is a complete joke and conjob. AI...Assault "on your" Intelligence. What an AJ... Absolute Joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a terrible experience this afternoon. Thanks to Spotify repeatedly skipping around, playing different songs etc, my hike was ruined and I ended up having an autistic meltdown.

Let me be clear: this is NOT an acceptable level of service. I am a paying customer. I expect a basic standard of competence. Please ensure your service is improved so this never happens again. Otherwise I will be forced to demand my money back.

Be very careful with Spotify’s trials and subscription renewals. My trial ended, and despite having my student status fully verified in their system, they quietly switched me to the full-price Individual plan instead of applying the student discount.

When I caught the charge on the exact billing date, canceled the service, and requested a refund within the 14-day EU right of withdrawal, support initially tried to deny it, claiming refunds aren't available for automatic renewals. Only after repeatedly fighting them on my legal rights did they agree to process it, while unprofessionally framing a legal refund as a "one-time courtesy.

Shame on you, Spotify, for relying on automatic trap systems to overcharge customers and trying to deny people their basic consumer rights. Check your bank statements and know your rights!

Es liegt nicht an dem Musikangebot, auch nicht am Preis.

Sondern die Art, wie einem manches förmlich aufgedrängt wird, finde ich aggressiv und anmaßend. Was mir gefällt, das weiß ich schließlich selbst. Den ganzen Kram kann man nicht ausblenden.

Primitives Marketing.

I'm an artist but I also had a listener account. I used that acct to promote my music by playlist that I created with my premium account. Well that got my music shutdown. That's still a breech of thier own premium account agreement.

The free version works fine for about five seconds until you try to loop songs. On the mobile app especially, songs on the free version cannot be looped properly. I've tried adding playlists with one song entered, over, and over, and over again. However, if you're like me, and you like listening to YOUR music, and not the recommended songs that Spotify forces on you, you're eventually going to run into the problem where it says, "Cannot queue this content." In fact, even if you go to the search bar and pick a song there, it will not play that song. It will play another "recommended song." That is not what a user wants! They want to listen to their music that they CHOOSE. Not a recommended song. I will say, giving some credit to Spotify here, adding a single song on a playlist does work in looping it. However, this is largely counteracted with Spotify mixing in recommended songs in that playlist due to "Smart Shuffle." Some people just want to loop their music without having to pay for a subscription.

Another issue that I have found incredibly annoying are the "Made For You" playlists. Some people may find these just fine. Even I have a "Made For You" playlist that I listen to regularly. My only issue that I have with those playlists is the fact that you can't delete them. C'mon, at least let us users be able to have an option to remove these from our home screens so it's not cluttered up with 5 or 6 playlists we'll never listen too. At least for me, a lot of these playlists are single songs that I listened to because I accidentally hit a playlist instead of a song. I'll admit, yes that is my fault for not reading, but at least give us the option to remove unwanted playlists, even if they are made for us.

Oh, and don't get me started with, what I like to call, "Undead Playlists." Once upon a time, a younger me made a playlist. I listened to it, enjoyed it, but music taste changes (something that I don't think Spotify really considers unless you're actively "removing from taste profile"), so now an older me tried deleting that playlist. And it deleted...
for three seconds. I closed and reopened the app the next day, and what do you know? There it is, an empty playlist, taking up space, undelete-able. And I can't remove it to this day. This is something super annoying, ruining the user experience, that could be fixed with a simple feature of being able to remove unwanted playlists from your homepage!

I want to be able to freely skip songs that I don't want to listen to, instead of just 6 an hour. I want to be able to listen to whatever song I want, when I want, however many times I choose to. I want to be able to clear unwanted playlists from my homepage. Above all, I want these features available on free version of the Spotify app. Users should NOT be forced to pay for a subscription just to have a good user experience. Lot of us don't have the option to pay for a subscription whatsoever. As far as I'm aware, the free trial doesn't even activate on the mobile app, at least, it doesn't for me.

The only, only downside that the free version should be the adds. Whether a user is paying for a subscription, or a user is interrupted with adds, Spotify will make money either way.

Fix the user experience for free users. Stop breaking the free version of Spotify just to get users to pay for a $12.99 subscription.

Repugnante el servicio de asistencia y forma de funcionar en Spotify, tengo problemas en mi cuenta familiar y no quieren ayudarme, estoy pagando una suscripción familiar y solo me ha dejado añadir a 2 miembros, tengo 5 huecos porque no permiten, se excusan de un fallo que lleva ocurriendo mas de 8 meses

Everytime I put in my email, they keep redirecting me to the help area and I have been having this issue for 2 WEEKS. If I try to sign up using that email, they tell me it already has an account. I hope you will be able to fix this soon as I really love spotify and I would like to use it again soon.

Katastrophe mehr als 50 meiner gespeicherten Lieder sind einfach spurlos weg. Support bringt nichts. Ehrlich gesagt verliert man so das Vertrauen. Ich wünsche mir nur das ich eine Begründung dafür bekomme. Einfach nur schrecklich!!!

Trap niet in het Premium Family abonnement. De beheerder heeft alle vrijheid maar de Family members moeten gewoon voor extra's dokken. Bijvoorbeeld: de 12 uur luisterboeken tijd die je krijgt per maand maar alleen voor de beheerder, de andere members moeten betalen.
BELACHELIJK! Weer een Spotify lid minder!
