Selected 'low quality' 0.02G per hour, as I dont have much data left on holiday. plays at 0.14G per hour. its a simple feature you added to 'improve things' lol. Previously could easily connect to 2 BT speakers, great feature. Gone. Can you please explain why you are charging for such unfinished bug ridden software? No i won't reach out yo customer services who never reply, answer here please

Die Dauer der Hörbücher ist ein Witz für doch viel Geld. Ich habe das Gefühl es wird von Monat zu Monat weniger oder ich höre mehr(?)
Wenn du zwei Monate brauchst um ein Buch zu Ende zu bekommen ohne Mehrkosten, hat das nichts mehr mit Kundenservice und Marktführer zu tun. Leider !!!

I was able to have the free Spotify and chose my songs even if I had to listen to ads. But know I can't even search a song and listen to it, it just plays the whole album but the song. Free is meant to be same but with adds and not able to skip, but the fact I can't even listen to a song in full to see if I have any to add to my playlist is absord.

Price was good, music was good. Tried it for about 3 weeks and then today it just didn't make any sound. I'm a big music guy and am not clueless about getting my devices to make music. I spent an hour with AI and then Spotify support, who were totally unhelpful and then when I got a little frustrated and mentioned that I used Amazon Music for years with zero issues, they cut off the chat. So I canceled my service.

Non è possibile che Spotify conceda spazio a brani di artisti fasulli, realizzati con intelligenza artificiale! Bisognerebbe promuovere gli artisti, i musicisti e non gli artifici! E se proprio nessuna legge impedisce l'inganno, almeno dichiarate che il tal gruppo non esiste e che si tratta di AI. Spero vi costringano a eliminare l'AI dalla musica!!!

Music recommendations are solid, but using the free version is frustrating. You're hit with 30 second ads every few tracks and skip limits. On top of that, basic functionality like crossfade and organizing your queue are locked behind a paywall, and the app feels buggy. (I personally recommend YouTube Music or for the same price use Apple Music)

Jeg har ikke Spotify premium men det betyder ikke at der kommer 2 reklamer efter 1-2 sange. Det sker så meget det stresser mig af, for jeg hører mere reklamer end de sange jeg vil hører. Og at give så meget får reklamer er åndsvagt.

4-5 Ads after 2-3 Songs, songs sometimes start seconds after the original beginning and sometimes a couple of seconds delay when song ends. Overall a really bad music app. This started only a couple of weeks/months ago tho.

They'll send exactly one email telling you to do something that you've already told them you've tried, and then ghost you. Absolutely useless customer service. It doesn't surprise me that their Trustpilot profile is under investigation for something they've done.

Til trods for flere år med premium abonnement, har Spotify nu valgt at forurene min musik og stille start på dagen med reklamer. Det første jeg hører når jeg åbner for appén er reklamer - og ofte de samme som jeg ikke har ejerskab af eller nogenside kommer til at få betydning for mig eller afsender. Det er en ordentlig gang meningsløshed at forholde sig til når man bare gerne vil nyde god afstressende musik og podcasts - og iøvrigt troede jeg havde betalt for det! Overvejer nu at opsige Spotify og søge andre tjenester som kan tilbyde det jeg søger

The 3-month premium subscription lasted only 3 days. Customer service claims the account had been used previously, which is not true.

App sucks. They play way more adds than your actual music. They put 3 commercials for every 1 song you want to listen. They just started doing this so people upgrade. It's ridiculous, this wasn't happening before. They keep pushing people to pay for app again. App is absolute garbage!!!!.

Skulle bruge hjælp af support, da der var problemer med mit family abonnement.
Ingen erkendte de ikke kunne hjælpe, jeg fik forskellige informationer. Og de skiftede ofte supporter.
Man får følelsen af de bare kører en i ring til man opgiver.

Brugte mere end 4 timer med deres support, og talte med 6 forskellige.

Mit problem... har jeg stadig.

SCAMMERS. Locked me out of my account would not re activate it but still taking my money.. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been using Spotify for years and the app itself is great, however the payment system is SHOCKING! If the payment fails, they notify you and if you correct it on your banking it takes up to a WEEK for them to put the payment through again! They need to up their online game for payments!

they wont fix it I keep texting them to fix it then they said they did but really it doesn't work at all like just let me play my music Mija and also do not get this dumb app
