I tried to contact you but couldn't get through there was something in my contract that I was wort about " you have not commenced travel from your place of permanent residence and the period covers the entire trip duration" what does this

Never answer phones

Never answer phones, hardly reply to emails. Bad customer service. Take your money and they dont care. Go somewhere else!

I responded to an email which was not for me. This was acknowledged, but I have now received this feedback survey.

Took the payment twice

Took the payment twice, I've been in touch and keep getting told I'll get a call back which hasn't happened
