I purchased a cover for my open top car…
I purchased a cover for my open top car - a Vauxhall Cascada - prior to being out of UK for much of January and February. When I removed it this week the car was perfectly dry and the desiccant I had left inside the car had absorbed no water. The car started immediately.

Front towing cover
Quality and fit of towing cover is excellent .There was a misunderstanding about dispatch as I had indicated I would pick up from factory as I live close by but on contacting by phone was able to intercep carrier and collect myself.

Brilliant Service & Customer Care.
Brilliant .. Had my cover for a few months and realised I’d made a mistake not having a solar panel clear panel fitted, made a phone call, explained my problem with battery not charging, due to not having the clear panel fitted, sent it back, all sorted. Great service.. Also booked a delivery date with them that fitted in with me.

There is only one cover for my caravan…
There is only one cover for my caravan and that’s specialised. Caravanning for over forty years we started with cheaper towing covers, that was before a stone chip through the cover.
Then we found Specialised Covers many new caravans later we have invested in their towing covers and never a problem. These covers are the very best without doubt.

A very good experience from beginning to end.
I ordered a front cover for use whilst towing my Swift caravan. It was made to measure, fitted perfectly - and excellent quality. Slight delay whilst the product is made but well within their delivery estimation and expectation when ordering. I rang their customer services team for help whilst ordering and was dealt with courtesously and efficiently. All in all a very good experience from beginning to end.

The service and cover fantastic, delivery absolutely rubbish, DX delivered to the wrong depot twice, unable to contact them finally called specialist covers who contacted DX for me and sorted it eventually arrived around 7-10 days late.

Lovely cover but some teething problems which are being resolved
I’m kind of sitting middle of the road at the minute, the ordering process, delivery and putting on the new cover was fantastic- couldn’t be happier. Then on the second time using the cover we needed access to the front locker- used the zip and it wouldn’t close. After a couple of emails and videos I was asked to make contact to return the cover as sometimes the teeth can become misaligned over time (this was the first time using that particular zip and only the second time using the cover) so I’m a little disappointed this has happened. The lady on the phone was very helpful and has arranged an all day courier to collect so the zip can be fixed but I’m now worried that when we get it back we won’t want to use the locker zip for fear of it happening again and this was one of the selling points for us. Can’t fault the service so far, it’s just take the shine off what we feel is great product and I’m also very keen to share our new purchase on my caravan socials pages and urge others to buy one but feel like I can’t until this issue has been resolved.
Thanks for the great service so far and fingers crossed this is fixed soon.
