Excellent service and communication, the front cover is an excellent fit and very good quality.
Having already ordered a generic front cover and then deciding to change our van the service and willingness to accept the unused one back and offset against a new bespoke cover for our new van was amazing.

Excellent quality and service
Everything went like clockwork. Very professional Company. This is the second time I have purchased a towing cover for my caravan. The first one was in 2022 and it was great but four years on this new one is so much improved in many ways so that was a nice surprise. Very well done.👍😊

Good service and updates as the cover was made.
Quality of cover excellent, if a tad heavy.
Fits description exactly.
Relatively simple to attach and detach.
Drops a star due to the size of the bag. It may go in when folded perfectly in a dry and windproof factory but it sure as hell won't on wet and windy site/rally field. Why oh why do you not supply a sensible size bag? Awning suppliers are the same, drives me nuts.
Sorry for the rant, other than that it's great.

Excellent cover
Delivery was much quicker than the 4 weeks quoted.
The cover fits the car really well and the workmanship is excellent.

The cover by far is much better than…
The cover by far is much better than your competitors, however the delivery is a accident/claim waiting to happen. I scheduled the delivery to be delivered to either two of my neighbours due to me being out of the country but it was left on the doorstep. CCTV witnessed this, my neighbour 2 hours later at my request went to check and was fortunately it was still there

Having a parcel left on your doorstep when alternative arrangements were clearly requested is not acceptable and certainly not the standard we expect from our delivery partners.
We’re relieved to hear that your neighbour was able to retrieve it safely, but we completely understand your concern that this could easily have resulted in a loss or claim.
We will raise this directly with the courier to ensure this is investigated and to help prevent this happening again in the future.
