Spec-Care Ltd Arvostelua

Brilliant service and very quick turnaround

Good communication, great work at affordable prices

Super service. Certainly delivered for me. I had some old, unique glasses. They mended the arms and re- glazed and delivered on time. Excellent.

Very easy to get a price, simply post your specs and the weld repair was undetectable. Glasses were returned within three days.

I sent off 3 pairs of glasses, 1 prescription and 2 pairs of old but loved sunglasses. I was so so happy with all of them, all fixed and polished and looking like new, I’m very pleased thank you!

Excellent polite and speedy service.

Super good service from beginning to end. Thank you!

Rob was a great help over the phone and via email. The Lundie loop has been a great success to help my Father’s sight after his stroke. His glasses were fitted with the loop within a couple of days and posted back. Many thanks to all for your help and excellent service. Claire Ellis

Highly recommend this company. Customer service, pricing, service/repair, delivery were all exceptional.
Using this service we were quickly able to cost affectively and quickly save money because we did not need to purchase new glasses, thank you soooo much

I was told by my regular optician that my glasses couldn’t be repaired, then I found Spec-Care. They restored my handmade Dita glasses perfectly! The service was excellent, reasonably priced, and the return packaging was great. I’ll definitely be recommending them and will be using them again for another repair. Thank you 🙏

Very helpful staff fast and efficient and done a great job

Thank you Spec-care fantastic service from start to finish. Not even Specsavers would touch my broken glasses (even though I bought them less than 8 months previously).
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really great service from Spec-Care. My glasses were broken beyond repair but they quickly and efficiently found a replacement frame instead. I am delighted with the result and the company were very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from start to finish. A repeat of my experience of a few years ago when Spec- Care was recommended. Repair was done quickly, payment easy, communication by email reassuring, and kept informed of dispatch through DHL and tracking. Have already informed others of this brilliant service.

Swift review of the repair and estimate provided. Turnaround within a week - delighted I can wear my sunnies again for a while
longer.

Absolutely delighted with the repair on my spectacles. I tried everywhere locally and it was too much of a specialist job. Spec care received my glasses mended them in one day and sent them straight back. I’m so impressed with the service I chose gold service and it was well worth the money.
