I have a small optical workshop in New Zealand. I met Rob online, and since I'm starting out with ptosis props here and need a mentor who understands the problems, I'm very happy to be working with Rob. He can explain things and is very helpful. Through him, I will try to equip patients here for a better life.

I have used this company twice now - once to repair my son's expensive sunglasses and this year to repair my expensive prescription sunglasses when Boots and Specsavers weren't able to. Both times one of the arms had come off. I cannot fault the company and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are ultra efficient and organised, very quick and do a superb job. They reply immediately, provide a quality service and for a good price.
