So pleased I made an appointment. The receptionist was welcoming, and the lounge area comfortable. Dr Beth Howells greeted me on time and listened to my concerns about my health. I didn’t ever feel rushed which is all too often the case with the NHS Doctors( not their fault but reality). Just having the time to talk and go through symptoms and concerns slowly made me able to see a way forward, that in itself changes your whole outlook on your condition.

This is the 2nd procedure I've had done at Teifi Health. If you can afford it I recommend going private. If I'd gone through NHS, I'd probably still be on waiting list for 1st procedure.

We didn't have the correct medication when traveling from abroad. tefi health were efficient, quick, and easy to navigate. The receptionist was helpful, and the doctor called and send prescriptions in a timely manner.

Very pleasant reception area with lovely staff and Liz who took care of us with the Cryotherapy was fabulous , so easy to talk too and she completed the procedure beautifully with lots of advice etc on aftercare , we couldn’t fault her at all .

The initial booking was quick and easy. I was seen within a few days of enquiry, for the initial set of tests on the Gold Standard Medical and the results were received the next week.

Dr Nick went through the results thoroughly, explained, educated and answered any questions I had. He explained in easy to understand language and put me at ease as soon as we met.

The process was very professional and I would thoroughly recommend the Gold Standard Test to any Men looking for an annual MOT, a little bit of fine tuning to health can go a long way in my opinion.

Very thankful to the whole Teifi Health team. Marian on the front desk was welcoming and very efficient. Thank you to Rhian’s for being gentle with the blood test and for relaxing me from the first welcome.

Lovely clean surgery, prompt reception staff and appointment on time - professional GP actually in clinical clothes! - smart and inspiring confidence, good consult, took into schooling previous medical history - left with prescription and good worsening care advice.

Health check done over 2 visits with a proper consultation which wasn’t rushed to explain the findings,with advice on solving issues
