Spec-Care Ltd Arvostelua

Tried everywhere to get my glasses hinge fixed to no avail as it was apparently an unusual style. A local optician recommended Spec Care. They did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the repair.

Excellent communication, replaced the broken part and even provided the old one for proof with the returned item. Whole sending repairing and being back took less than 5 working days. Which given it was through Royal Mailing it's amazing.

The great speed on fixing my glasses I’m was very surprised most most welcome

The team here at Spec-Care managed to repair and return my glasses to me within 3 days of me posting them. An absolutely amazing turn around time, a great repair, and a fair price. I’ve used the company before and was impressed but they have outdone themselves this time. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Quick and efficient service. Repair came back within a few days, all good.

Really pleased with the service, would use them again.

Excellent service and repair, also great communication.

Thank you.

Simple service just sent them on the friday back fully repaired frame on the Wednesday

I had damaged a pair of Face A Face glasses in 2026, I took them to the official retailer who sent them to the manufacturer in Paris who said they couldn't be repaired, another glass repair service said the same thing.
I contacted Spec Care to see if they could be repaired, and they did a fantastic job, I received my glasses as good as new within a week.
Really great communications and an efficient service, I couldn't recommend this company more highly, thank you for giving my glasses a new lease of life!

I was surprised that my glasses could even be repaired, additionally Spec-care were quick and very good value. Communication via email was very helpful as well.

A sentimental pair of specs which were broken many years ago and which everyone said were not repairable, were brought back to life, new lenses were fitted and all for a quarter of the cost of what my optician was asking.
Quick service and pleasant people at the other end of the line.
100% satisfaction.

Service was done in an efficient and timely manner late delivery was my delivery company.
Thanks

Great service, fast, efficient, quality, cost effective

Spec-Care repaired and returned a pair of glasses with lenses originally costing over £300 in a week for a very reasonable charge. Without this service the glasses would have been useless. Highly recommended.

So easy to deal with, and the broken hinge has been repaired, better than new.
Many thanks.

Glasses returned with leg issue fixed and can now wear them without the wonky look for years to come! Thank you!
